I was walking back to my common room after meeting with the champions in the room of requirement.  I wanted to make sure each had a solid plan for tomorrow's tournament.  I also had to remind Fleur that veela and mermaids hate each other so the mermaids will be cheating.  I'm hoping with a heads up Fleur will make it to her sister and not have to rely on Cedric and Viktor to rescue her baby sister. During my walk back Rickman approached me.

"I'm here to escort you to meet with the Headmaster." Rickman said.

I made a face of displeasure as I walked with him.  As we reached the office staff was leaving carrying an unconscious Gabrielle, Cho, and one of Krum's friends.  I knew that those were the champions treasures.  I shook my head as I entered his office with Rickman.

"Ah my dear girl, welcome welcome." Dumbledor greeted.

I ground my teeth but nodded at him.

"I'm here to ensure cheating isn't happening.  You seem quite chummy with all 3 champions so we just wanted to make sure you aren't passing information onto them about what the challenges are." Dumbledor said while sipping his tea.

Rickman passed me a teacup before taking a sip of his own.

"Of course I haven't been helping.  I want my own school to win so why would I help both Vik and Fleur?" I asked before taking a taste of my tea.

I didn't like it and placed it down on the little end table next to my chair while wrinkling my nose at the bitter taste.

"I believe you do want our school to win but I also know you don't think much of this tournament.  And wouldn't want your friends harmed or possibly killed by it." Dumbledor stated.

"And so I must be cheating?  No, I'm not.  Next time you want to lob accusations make sure my father is here.  Having my head of house isn't enough.  I'll be leaving now." I said as I stood.

Once standing I realized I was severely off kilter.  The room was spinning and I was wobbling. I knew then this had been a setup and I was Vik's true treasure.

"Bloody hell.." I mumbled before passing out.

Rickman later fed his snakes lies to keep his snakes from flipping out over their missing Queen.  Tom knew it was a lie but he trust his cousin would be fine.

I don't know how long I'd been unconscious before some semblance of awareness came over me.I became aware that I was cold, so bloody cold.  Finally I was aware that I couldn't breathe.  I realized I was underwater.  It's frightening to be aware and yet not conscious.  I couldn't do anything to help myself.  I was screaming silently in my mind.  Then I felt myself become loose before arms wrapped around me.  It now felt like I was flying as Krum torpedoed through the water with me.  I could hear Vik calling for a healer and people panicking.  Then I heard a spell and could feel the water in my lungs leaving and I could finally breathe.  Another spell was cast and I felt some warmth.  I wasn't warm though.  The chill went deep into my bones.  I worried I'd never feel true warmth again.  That I'd forever be unconscious but aware.

However I did finally awaken all the way.  I looked around and saw my cousin yelling at Dumbledor. Dumbledor was trying to calm him all the while saying it's not his fault.  That I drank the potion the same as others so I should have been safe in stasis.

"I didn't drink it.  I didn't even take a full sip.  I tasted it and found it bitter.  If anyone checked my teacup they'd have known that." I rasped.

"And did anyone check?  Rickman?  Dumbledor?" Tom asked coldly.

"No the house elves cleaned up." Dumbledor answered weakly.
