Chapter 15: Look Who's Back

Victoria slammed the door to her truck, her heart racing. Her gut churning telling her something bad was going to happen.

"Mr. Miyagi!" She called out racing to Daniel's room. Her eyes went wide as she saw he wasn't there

"What wrong, Victoria-San?" He asked with a confused look

Victoria quickly closed the door turning to her mentor. There was something wrong, she could feel it and so she needed to get to Daniel right now.

"Where is Daniel? Where'd he go?" She asked as fast as she could

"Went to Terry Silver, tell Sensei it done." Miyagi answered her question and Victoria shook her head. "No, no. We have to get to him now Mr. Miyagi. I have a bad feeling."

All Miyagi did was nod, he had that same feeling since Daniel had came back. "Hai, let's go."

Quickly the two jumped into the car and rushed. Victoria stomach churned hoping that she could get there in time.

The car stopped close by Cobra Kai, and as she got out of the car. Her legs felt weak staring at the dojo hearing Terry's threat all over again.

"You get the hell out of here and if you ever come back, your joke of a mentor won't be able to save you."

Victoria couldn't think about it, this wasn't for her safety or satisfaction. This was to save Daniel from Terry Silver. Just then the boy came Barreling into them, and Victoria sighed seeing that Daniel wasn't hurt at least not too much and right behind him was Mike Barnes. He lunged at Daniel but not before Victoria pulled him behind herself and Miyagi threw Barnes back inside.

"Daniel-San stay here." He told the boy before him and Victoria walked through the doors

She looked up to see Terry Silver and his usual glare he had but she gulped as she looked over and saw a old face. Standing next to Terry, as Alive as he could be, was John Kreese. Mike quickly got back into his feet, stumbling back over to Terry and John before fixing the black belt hanging on his waist. Victoria stood there with her arms crossed staring daggers into the three feeling lied to by Terry.

"Well, well, well, look who's here. Ms. Karate, still feisty as ever I see." Terry said mockingly as John laughed, Victoria stepped up as Terry pushed Mike forward

"What are you waiting for?" He called to Mike

Victoria slipped her leg back and brought up her hands as Mike threw the first punch. Victoria grabbed his arm spinning and throwing Mike into the wall, he hit the light-switch and it immediately went dark.

Anger and adrenaline pumped through her veins and her heartbeat was so loud she could hear it in her ears. Victoria stared at Mike waiting for him to get but but he laid there, Terry, John, and Miyagi stood on the mat. Miyagi looked between the two and Victoria watched her Sensei.

"Party time." Silver and Kreese said to each other bowing.

Silver got into his fighting position but Kreese's walked up to him stopping Terry as he said. "We're old friends."

Silver stepped back and Mr. Miyagi's attention focused on Kreese. Kreese got into his stance as Miyagi just stood there, Kreese's threw a punch which Mr. Miyagi immediately dodged, Miyagi rammed his shoulder into Kreese's chest before dropping to his knees and kicking his face before sweeping the Cobra Kai Sensei off of his feet. Kreese hit the ground hard but as Miyagi went to hit him, he jumped back onto his feet swing kicks and punches toward Miyagi all which he dodged before grabbing Kreese's back elbowing him and throwing him onto the mat.

Victoria's and Mr. Miyagi's attention turned to Terry as he mocked the Japanese man, making weird sounds and gestures. Victoria rolled her eyes and watched the fight between them.

"Come on, little man." Terry said as Daniel walked into the building standing next to Victoria. She wrapped her arm around him standing closer to her boyfriend. "Let's see how good you really are."

Terry moved first sending a kick that Miyagi saw a mile away, the older man jumped out of the way. Terry sent more kicks and punched that Miyagi dodged before he grabbed Silver's arm and threw him into the wall. Terry got back into position and charged at Miyagi trying to send a flying kick into him, Miyagi kept on pushing Silver knocking him from his zone. Miyagi grabbed Silver's leg making the man crash to the floor, kicking him as he tried to get up. Terry flew to the wall standing up and making room between them, he ran up to Miyagi who grabbed his head and threw him into the mirror. Victoria and Daniel hissed watching as it broke and paint fell splattered all over Silver.

Miyagi bowed to the man before mocking the mock Terry had used. Mr. Miyagi then turned and started walking.

"You think this is the end of it, old man? I'm going to open Cobra Kai dojo all over this valley. Hell, I might even teach for free. From now on when people say karate around here all they'll mean is Cobra Kai Karate! John Kreese's karate. You won't even be a memory." Terry yelled as Mr. Miyagi walked across the dojo

"Yes, he will." Daniel said and Victoria smiled shaking her head as she hissed. "You won't."

"Now will you train me?" He asked as the two laughed, Victoria stared daggers into the two men. Miyagi nodded looking at Daniel. "Hai. Now Miyagi train you."

Mr. Miyagi turned and started walking out, "come. Waste time here." He said as Victoria and Daniel slowly followed him glad that this was all over.

The next couple of weeks were a lot better with Daniel back to normal. He was happier and Victoria saw him more now, Daniel was still stressed but he felt better with Victoria and Mr. Miyagi. Victoria also shared that feeling of stress as the days ticked down to when she would be leaving.

Victoria's mother came back and the girl figured out that her mother had heard of the demolition and had gotten a new apartment which meant that Victoria didn't have to continue sleeping in Daniel's room. These last few weeks before the tournament had been stressful but also amazing at the same time and Victoria was just happy that at least her last few weeks would have happy memories. The tournament came quicker then the two expected and it was the night before.

Victoria sat in Daniel's room, laying on the bed staring at the ceiling as Daniel laid next to her.

"I'm scared." Victoria said breaking the silence

"Why?" Daniel asked and she sighed. "The tournament's tomorrow and we have to face off Mike. That guy almost killed us."

Daniel nodded, "yeah I know. I'm glad that Mr. Miyagi has been training us."

"You're lucky you only have to do one fight." Victoria giggled as Daniel pulled her closer

It went silent again as thoughts swam in their head, Victoria nervous about college and Daniel still worried about the tournament.

"What if I lose? Or I use what Silver taught me." Daniel asked gulping. "I'd feel like I betrayed Mr. Miyagi."

"It doesn't matter, Mr. Miyagi cares for you so much that a mess up wouldn't change anything." Victoria told Daniel who nodded and she added. "Besides it doesn't matter if you lose because you'll always be my Karate Kid."

Daniel smiled, "I'll miss you like crazy when you're not here."

"I'll always be a call away."

Victoria sighed as she laid in the arms of Daniel. She had never felt this calm before as she slowly drifted off to sleep.
