Danny

I was beyond dumbfounded when I opened Lexie's message. The fact that she actually had the guts to send me an intimate photo of her really showed how she truly feels about Maverick. I wanted to tell Valentina, but I knew how things would go. She would accuse me of cheating on her again and Callie would rip me apart if she found out.

But at the same expense, I couldn't deny the fact that she had a stunning body.

Later that day, I heard a knock on the door downstairs and Lexie had a grin on her face the moment I opened the door. "Lexie, what are you doing here?"

She trailed her fingers slowly along my arm and entered the house, shutting the door behind her. "Something I should have done last night when no one was watching."

"You should leave, Val..." She cut me off the moment she kissed me, her hand inching further down my waist until she slowly unzipped my jeans. "Lexie, you shouldn't be doing this."

She got on her knees and ignoring me, slid my boxers down, taking every inch in her mouth. "Lexie..."

She stood up and smiled. "Where's your bedroom?"

"I... Upstairs."

"Show me," she whispered. "I need you."

Knowing it was too late at this point, she followed me upstairs and took full advantage of me until I had fully given in and finished. "And that is just the first time."

"Lexie, that was..."

"What, amazing? It sure was."

"I have a wife and..."

"I'll be your dirty little secret, Danny. Don't worry. I'll call you later."

She got dressed and left, leaving me to feel beyond shocked. Not only did I just allow her to kiss me, but I allowed my son's fiancé to seduce me.

I really should have had the guts to stop her, let alone allowing her to seduce me but it was too good to give up. As she stated, it was our dirty little secret and I was determined to keep it that way.

Lexie

After two full months of seeing Danny, Selena had blown up at me for the first time. "How the hell could you do this to Maverick? You've been seeing his father!"

"He'll never find out."

"People always find out somehow. You are asking for him to break up with you."

"The sex is far too good to give up."

"I am sorry to call you this, but you are flat out acting like a whore, Lex."

"Selena! How could you say that to me?"

"Because it is wrong and despite me telling you that you shouldn't, you went ahead and did it anyways."

"I can't stay away from him."

"You are getting married very soon, you need to stop seeing him."

"I can't."

Selena scowled. "You'll ruin your friendship with Callie as well. You are looking for a disaster to happen because it will happen once they find out."

"Whatever, Selena."
