Bondita
I sighed doodling something on my notebook to keep myself distracted from the sight I just witnessed a few minutes ago..while Vansh who was sitting beside me was continuously trying to get Dhani's attention, I wonder what my brother really wants sometimes first he was the one who fought with her and now when she is minding her own business not caring about him he wants her attention..Idiot..
"I don't think the light will fit in there.." Vansh said cheekily while Dhani rolled her eyes
"Mind your own business..." Dhani mumbled hanging from the railing trying to fit the series on her balcony
"You will fall down.." Vansh exclaimed standing up and going behind her
"I won't..Ahh..." Dhani yelled and my eyes widened as her legs slipped
Thankfully Vansh was just behind her and immediately held her waist pulling her towards himself
"I told you.." Vansh hissed holding her securely while I rushed towards them
"Dhani are you okay?" I asked followed by two other voices
"Dhani what's wrong?"
"Bache why did you shout?"
Anirudh sir and Devansh Bhai aka Anirudh Sir's bestfriend asked rushing towards us respectively
"I was about to fall.." Dhani mumbled getting out of Vansh's grip and standing in middle of both her elder brothers
"Dhani I told you to wait.." Anirudh sir said shaking his head
"Bhai Diwali is in two days I want to decorate my room..and you are always busy.." Dhani said frowning
"See you are a bad brother Anirudh? Now you have your this Perfect brother Dhani, your Devansh Bhai will help you in getting your room clean and ready..and you boy, since you have nothing to do.. hang all this series in my sister's balcony.." Devansh Bhai said pointing at Vansh who huffed but followed behind them nonetheless
"Bondita take out your notes.." Anirudh sir said after all of them left and we were the only ones left behind on the terrace
"Yes sir.." I nodded and hurriedly took out my notes
"Sit on the chair.." he mumbled his back facing me as he did something on his phone
And the incident a few minutes before again flashed in front of my eyes, my cheeks turned rosier as his naked back flashed Infront of my eyes
Today when we came to his house he was unaware of our presence and was fighting with Devansh Bhai for a particular shirt in the living room half naked only in his pants and when Dhani saw us she whispered something to her brother whose eyes snapped towards us and he immediately rushed to his room holding towel around his body
Damn he has abs..
'and you have dirty eyes..' my subconscious mind mocked me
"Bondita I said sit on the chair.." Anirudh Sir's voice brought me back to reality and I looked at him who was looking at me with raised brows while pointing to the chair beside his
Gulping I sat beside him and his cologne invaded my mind immediately
"What is moment of inertia?" Anirudh asked flipping through my notebook and I said the definition he hummed and started to note down some questions for me to solve
"Use moment of inertia's formula and solve this question..I will be back in a second okay?" He said and I nodded
He left and I got busied trying to solve the questions, Anirudh sir came back after sometime talking to someone on phone he stood behind me and leaned forward to look at my answer
My spine straightened on its own feeling his intense gaze on me and I gulped slowly looking at him, he was biting his cheeks while I looked down already knowing my answer was wrong
I heard his chuckle and looked up at him he was chuckling shaking his head
"How did you manage to get a fraction as an answer Bondita.." Sir asked and I pouted involuntarily
"I..I used formula sir.." I mumbled embarrassed and he nodded chuckling again
"Yeah Bondita, wrong formula and wrong answer.." he said and his voice tickled my ears
He leaned more forward his chest almost touching my back he took the pen from my hand his fingers brushed mine and a shiver ran down my spine
"Look first you have simplify these equations and then focus on using the formula.." he started explaining me but my mind became blank as his soft voice ringed in my ears
He was so close to me, I can clearly see all his facial hairs his eyes which were black with a little hint of brown, his soft hairs that were going back and forth because of the gentle breeze, my breathing quickened as his breaths caressed my cheeks and I closed my eyes taking shuddering breaths
"Bondita are you okay?" Anirudh sir asked standing straight and I blinked nodding yes
"Are you sure? You are all red?" He asked keeping his hand on my forehead
If it was possible I turned even more red and hot and he frowned visibly
"You don't seem to have fever, what's wrong? Don't take stress okay? Physics is a hard subject not everyone masters in it.." Anirudh sir said consoling me not knowing about the actual effect he has on me
"Yes sir..I am trying.." I said giving him a small smile and he gave me an encouraging nod
After that I tried to focus on solving the numericals while he got busy in checking papers my gaze kept flickering towards him and half of the time I was zoned out daydreaming, Today's events have left me flustered and blushing and I can't help but wish for that closeness again and again
even if that means acting dumb..
