Anirudh
I was busy drying my hair with towel when my sister barged in my room holding her pink blanket and her panda stuff toy
"Bhai I am sleeping with you today..." She said jumping on my bed and dancing
"Why?" I asked scrunching up my face
"Because I want to.." I rolled my eyes at her answer and walked to my bed
Keeping my specs at the bedside table I placed pillows in between making a left and right partition
"You will sleep in the left, I am sleeping in the right and don't cross this line Dhani you always take the whole bed..." I said and she grinned messing up my bed
"Don't be mean Bhai, I am your own sister.." I huffed and layed on my side while Dhani layed on her own side hugging her panda
"Bhai?"
"Hmm?"
"Maa was saying that you have gotten of age and she should start looking for girls.." she said looking at me
"I am not ready yet.." I said and she slapped me with her Panda
"Why are you not ready yet? I want a Bhabhi Bhai everyone's brother is getting married and then there is my brother who thinks he is not ready..honestly aren't boys supposed to be eager for their marriage?" She blabbered continuously hitting me with her panda
"Dhani I will throw you and your Panda out of this room.." I warned her
"But Bhai,.. have a little faith on me..I will find the bestest bride for you promise.. infact i don't mind having Bondita as my Bhabhi.." she said holding my arm and giving me a shock
"WHAT??" I yelled jerking away from her
"Ugh..why are you yelling, don't think I didn't see you looking at Bondita every once in a while, should I talk to Maa about you and her.." she said wriggling her eyebrows
"Dhani shut up, she is my student and I am not pedophile.." I said and she again slapped me with her panda
"When did I say you are pedophile Bhai, but she is neither a minor, she is 18 an adult mature girl so if she gives consent then you can date her, apart from that Bhai stop bringing your professional and personal life together always, you are her teacher in school but put of school you are a normal human being who can like whoever he wants..there are so many people's dating minors and people with a decade age gap and you have just a 5 years age gap with her but you act like it will be a crime if you like someone..how righteous you are Bhai..." Dhani said making faces proving her point
"Dhani everything is not jokes and fun..this is real life not one you read about, stop blabbering non sense, and don't ever speak something like this infront of anyone else.." I said sternly
"That's the problem Bhai, all you ever care about is what will others think, honestly even if you would be doing something right they will still find a way to prove you wrong, but no you have to just be a coward and do what others want you to do, for once live for yourself Bhai.." she said frowning and looking at me
"Dhani life is not that easy, and I don't care about what others think, I care about you I would never want you or Maa to face any problem because of me, now please don't let any non sensical thought come in your mind and sleep.." I mumbled and she sighed
"Just don't be too late Bhai..regret is like hell..." She mumbled before turning on the other side and closing her eyes
I ran my hands through my hairs and sighed looking up at the ceiling, today whatever happened has left me bewildered I can't believe that for the first time in my life I saw a girl in that gaze and the girl so happened to be my own student..
No!! I agree I did look at Bondita with different gaze today but I can't let this happen again she is my student and I should just focus on teaching her..
Getting up from the bed, I opened my tables last drawer and pulled out the cigarette packet..
Yes, I smoke at times when I find myself struggling with things this is the only escape from them for me, I do have my own flaws afterall..
I started smoking years ago at my own teenage pressurised by my friends at that time it was just for fun, but slowly I got addicted to it, my teenage was just like any other boys..I did trips with friends, smoked, flirted and did have a girlfriend as well, but then Papa got heart attack every responsibility fell on me from taking care of my little sister who had gotten sick to feeding my numb mother who wouldn't move, that day I realised that how hard life actually is..every bad habit in me left me the day I took all the responsibilities of papa and became a father figure to Dhani..
But smoking never left it's a bad habit but I tried to control it to the point that I only smoke when there is extreme stress and frustration in me otherwise I don't need it..
That's why I think teenage years are so sensitive that's why I always want to hide Dhani from this cruel world, that's why I don't want Bondita to get distracted from her studies and leave her career behind..this is the age where they can fall in the wrong hands and get taken advantage of..
But my Dhani and Bondita deserve every success and happiness of this world not struggle and pain..
Throwing away the half burnt cigarette I covered Dhani with duvet and kissing on her forehead, slept..

Guys
We do face different kinds of people all through our teenage..
And many times we fail to identify the rights and wrongs so to all my teenage readers, please see and evaluate the person and their behaviour, their surroundings before making friends..and if you have a friend that forces you into wrong things then please leave them immediately I only wish happiness for you..Thoughts on this chapter?
This chapter is a bit boring and a filler to let you know a bit about Anirudh's teenage years..
Also I wrote it just after coming from college because my hands were itching after seeing your lovely comments..
