(The Jester) Pomni x !trapeze reader!

You jumped out of your bed, you checked your clock,

8:30 AM.

Ugh I was late for the challenges!

You ran quickly dodging Bubble and obstacles along the way, you managed to make it on time standing next to Pomni.

You looked and saw Caine explaining the rules, "Ah! YN! You are late... again. Pomni! Could you explain to YN what we are doing today?" Caine asked.

"Okay! So YN we are doing some Talent Show or something, Caine has assigned us to do something and perform it either by yourself or with another person, and the winner gets a visit to the Digital Theme Park! Me and you are doing... a trapeze thing?" Pomni said.

"Oh I'm awesome at trapeze! I've done it before!" You said, though Pomni looked grateful, she was quiet, "Sorry YN we might not win because I suck at trapeze, I suck at balancing, I trip over easily. You should partner up with Gangle, she trips but she is flexible enough to do this" Pomni said with a disheartened look.

"Cheer up we got this! I'll teach you real quick!" You flashed a smile at Pomni causing her to flush a bright red, either in embarrassment or something else?

Pomni's POV

I feel bad for YN I normally don't win anything, I really hope we win this, I need to tell her something, but I can't figure out when to tell her.

"Maybe you can swing instead of me, you might fall off when you jump so I will jump instead is that alright Pomni?" YN asked.

We were teleported to a trapeze setup. "Don't worry Pomni we got this!" YN said reassuringly.

I took a deep breath, as YN helped me on the trapeze swing, I smiled and blushed a little bit but quickly shook it off, FOCUS!

YN went on the trapeze swing, doing flips and cool tricks which made her look way more talented than me.

As I swung she waitied for the perfect moment to grab my hands

She gripped on my arms tightly I could feel her chalky hands against mine, the swing that she once was on was flying away, gripping eachother tightly, smiling as we looked into eachother eyes,

I csn't be falling in love with someone I just met!

Right?

YN'S POV
I went on the trapeze swing, flipping and swinging around like a girl on monkey bars, Pomni was staring in awe, I stretched my hands out, hoping to interlock with hers, ( 💀 ) she grabbed on tightly I could feel us collide with eachother, we smiled as we stared into eachother, we swung far away and I saw the swing I used to begin, I let go on the perfect moment,

"NO YN!" Pomni yelled.

But just in time I grabbed on the trapeze swing, swinging around before catching Pomni as she fell off her swing, accidentally.

I let Pomni go off first, the Jester was dizzy and was ready to throw up until I hugged her tight, squeezing her ever so slightly, she looked flustered instead and was blushing.

"BRAVO! I give it a 9/10! You guys did an amazing job!" We both smiled knew that we already won. "But, Zooble and Gangle won with their amazing performance!" Our faces darkened but I still hugged Pomni.

"We almost won Pomni! You did amazing!" I said grinning from ear to ear.

"T-thanks, but please let me go. Ragatha is staring at us." Pomni stuttered.

She quickly walked off with Ragatha blushing as she hears her mention my name.

What I'd wish for that to happen again.
