As we stepped out of the males' room, I felt a huge shiver go down my spine. An unwanted one. I felt as if there were many pairs of eyes staring at me. Anytime I looked at someone, I'd get the biggest glare ever and even a slight snarl from a few. I stuck to walking behind him with my head down low, I knew people were still looking but I'd rather convince myself they weren't.

After a couple feet, id assume halfway into the hallway, he stopped in place. I looked up at him with a confused look. He gave me the softest, and the sweetest smile I could ever imagine in my life. God it was beautiful. He took my hand, pulling me beside him, and walked down to the dining room with me. A small giggle escaped my mouth. I held his hand tight, looking along the walls. There were beautiful family portraits all over the place, from older generations, pictures of when he was young, and even a present one. They were so much detail on them, it was hard to tell it was a painting, almost like it was a capture in time. Whoever had painted it was extremely talented. And even the frames, solid gold, with unique but matching designs on each one.

As we got down to the dining room, there was an extremely sweet pair of maids. The longer I looked, the younger they seemed. Was it children? The younger girl seemed amazed to see me. I gave a small wave to her.

"Hello there, what's your name?"

Her eyes lit up; it seemed like she was surprised I even acknowledged her.

"Oh um, I'm Yuri!"

I smiled at her, as then we were directed further into the room. It was a massive table with food set everywhere. My eyes lit up as I walked over to our seats. He reached over and quickly pulled my chair out. I flashed a thankful smile, sitting down. When I reached to grab some food, I saw the two younger kids looking at the table. I leaned over and whispered,

"Hey, are they allowed to eat too?"

"Usually, my parents are really specific on things like that,"

I gave him a look, as he giggled. I looked at the two children waving them over.

"Well too bad they aren't here. Come eat!"

They were both hesitant before Lucien agreed and pulled out two more chairs in front of us. I reached over and grabbed food, as I started to eat. Unlike the kids, who were eating like they were starving. A moment passed before the younger girl spoke.

"Thank you so much miss... um...-"

"Kamilla. Just call me Kamilla."

"What a pretty name! thank you miss Kamilla. I'm Yuri, and this is my brother Aoi!"

The little boy gave a shy wave, as I waved back. I was eating with one hand while my other was resting on my leg. I looked down to see Lucien resting his on top of mine. I am smiled at him as I finished eating.

"Are you sure that's all you want? This is all for us."

Lucien had said. He seemed slightly worried but tried not to show it. He knew. I nodded with an awkward giggle. The kids continued to down the food down, still trying to be polite.

A moment passed as we heard the castle door opening, with everyone at the table quickly getting up. Lucien had pulled me behind him, and the kids had run back to their stations.

Moments after the man, who I could only assume was his mother, had spoken,

"Ah Lucien, we missed you this morning. Come sit down, we need to talk. Why who is that?"
