*3 hours later
That business meeting was so tedious. Did we really need to talk about plates and spoons for three hours?!
*They arrive home
I sigh deeply as the guards open the door for me. "Lady Serena," Sui says coming up to me. "Hm?" I respond. "It's the weekly dinner today, would you like me to tell Sir Eiser that you're too tired to attend dinner?" Sui asks while holding a stack of clothes.
"No...it's fine. I'm hungry now, anyway." I say and walk to the dinning room. My feet ache, as I've been wearing heels all day. I enter the dinning room to see Eiser waiting for me on one end of the table. I sit down and lay the napkin on my lap.
"How was work?" Eiser asks while slicing his steak. We usually don't talk during dinner, it's quite unusual but I don't exactly mind. "Honestly, it was awful. All we did was talk about plates and spoons and what-not." I roll my eyes as I talk a bite of my cherry pie.
I hear a chuckle and my eyes look up to see Eiser with a small smile on his face. In all honestly, he's quite handsome when he smiles. He is handsome in general. Whenever we go out together, like the "date" at the restaurant, girls would always comment on how handsome he is. Or whisper about how they can get him to sleep with them.
His jaw is very sharp, almost like it can cut glass. His hair, as always, is perfect and his lips are plump. His cold, icy eyes have a glimmer to them. His body— I should stop.
"Serena." Eiser calls out. "Yes?" I respond. "Would you like to go on a date with me?" Eiser asks, putting his fork and knife down. His eyes looks straight into mine, waiting for an answer. "Where?" I ask. "That'll be a surprise." He says and another smile can be seen on his face, it's subtle, but noticeable.
"...okay." I say and get back to eating. "Wear something casual, it's not anything fancy." He says and also gets back to eating his steak. I only agreed because I do want to get to know Eiser more. We hardly know anything about each other.
