Serena's POV
I avoid looking at him, as I already know my cheeks look like that of a tomato. He's strangely silent, no word uttered.
It's almost like he's—
I almost gasp when he cups my cheek and turns me so that I'm facing him. Our faces are so close that I can feel his hot breathe. His eyes go from my eyes to my lips and back, almost like he's unsure of what to do.
We both lean in and—
"LADY SERENA! SIR EISER!" We hear Sui and Raul shouting our names and I push Eiser away as they approach us.
"I'm sorry lady Serena and sit Eiser, but you two hadn't come back and we got worried. We finally found you, thank god." Raul says frantically, looking stressed.
"We're okay. Let's go home." Eiser says standing up and I do too. We all head back to the mansion, not one word from either me or Eiser.
