"Are you okay?" Eiser asks as he glances at me as he drives. We're currently going back to the Manor; Eiser gave me his coat to wear as a blanket.
"I'm...I'm not sure." I say, truthfully. "It's okay, I should've checked the staff as you were busy with meetings and preparations." Eiser says and holds my hands from under his coat.
"No, it was my fault. I hadn't been careful and went in a rush. I also should've noticed how suspicious that driver was, he drove me everywhere and I still couldn't see through it. You'd probably see through his lies in a snap." I rant, fidgeting with Eiser's hand.
We arrive at the Manor and he parks the car in the parking lot in the back. We both unbuckle our seatbelt, but he pulls be back to my seat when I'm about to get out.
He leans in and stuns me when kisses me on the forehead. "I promise, I'll protect you for the rest of your life. Even if I have to give my life for you." Eiser stroked my cheeks and embraces me, burying his face in my neck.

I change into some comfy pajamas; a long silk dress, with fuzzy slippers.
I didn't want to sleep alone tonight, and Eiser offered to sleep with him so I accepted.
I lay down and turn so that our backs face each other, he turns off the light and it gets eerily quiet.
"Eiser," I call out. He responds with a hum. "Did you mean it?" I ask, pulling the blanket closer to my face. "Mean what?" He asks. "As in, did you mean it when you said...you love me?" I ask, almost feeling embarrassed asking him this kind of question.
He doesn't respond, instead, he turns so that he's facing my back. His hands slithers across the waist and pulls me to him. My back hits his chest and my head rests on his arm. My cheeks heel warm, and my breathe starts to become unsteady.
"What if I said I do, princess?" He asks, his chin rests on the top of my head. "Well...I...love you too." I admit, a smile stretching across my face. "I love you more." He mumbles and we both drift off to sleep, in each others arms, again.
