•Arias POV•
I lay on the metal framed bed, staring up at the ceiling. All i could think of was what was going to happen to me in here.
I wished i never had left after my dad hit me, maybe if I didn't talk back at him things would be different.
I just wanted for everything to go back to normal.
My cell was freezing and there was dirt on the walls, my blanket was so thin that it couldn't keep in any heat and my pillow didn't even count as one.
I watched as i saw cops walk pass my cell door every few minutes to make sure i wasn't trying to escape.
I tried to sleep for a while to pass time but all i could hear was other cellmates screaming and crying.
This was a living nightmare that you couldn't escape no matter how hard you tried.
A kind cop slided a tray of food under my cell door but I didn't eat it.
It was all mushy shit thrown on a plate, no way was i going near that.
Now 2 hours had passed but it had felt like days.
A cop approached my cell and unlocked the door.
"Ariana your coming with me".
I didn't say a word to him, there was no use.
I followed him into a room, which there was a camera on one side of the room, facing me.
He then pointed to a guy who was sitting in a chair.
"This is Mr. Jay and he will be asking you some questions about your father".
I nodded my head and sat down on the chair infront of him.
He gathered up some paper and held a pen in his hand.
"Alright before we begin, i would like to make it clear about whats going on here, Im just going to be asking you questions about what happened to your father, you just have to answer honestly of course, Its pretty easy if you ask me".
"Okay.."
I mumbled"Firstly I want know where were you the day your dad died?".
"I was probably hanging out at the Curtis house, I don't even know when my dad died so i cant give an answer until I know when".
"Well, his autopsy hasn't came back yet so Ill let you know when I find out more information about that, Now I heard from the other officers that you're telling us that you didn't murder your father? is that true?"
"Yes it's true, I didn't murder him, The last time i saw him was on Friday night, We had an argument and i ran out of my house".
I then explained to him further about what my dad had done to me.
He took down some notes on the paper and then clicked the pen.
"Alright i think i've asked enough questions for now, You seem like a genuine girl Ariana, Just hang in there for now. Im having a meeting with the officers that arrested you later and I will know more about whats to come then".
The cop then entered the room and brought me back to my cell.
I was loosing hope but Mr Jay seemed to believe me. Finally someone did.It was getting later in the evening now and much colder.
I tried to not think about anything that happened, i didn't really know what to make of it all anyway.
All i knew was that I wanted to go home,
But then i remembered that i had no home to go back to.My father was dead and so was my mom,
They were the only family i had left.•Pony's POV•
Soda ran to the station straight away, me and Johnny followed him.We had been running for a while now and finally we arrived.
"You to stay out here, Ill explain everything to them".
Soda ordered."But we haven't even told Darry yet?"-
"We don't have enough time for that yet Pony"
Soda shouts at us as he runs into the station. As much as I wanted Darry to know, I knew Soda was right.
Aria had been gone for atleast 9 hours now and we were running out of time.
Me and Johnny tried to think of what could possibly be happening to her but we couldn't think of anything.
Only Dally would know since hes used to being in jail.
Of course he had to run off somewhere at a time like this, if im being honest he'll probably end up doing something again out of anger that will put him back in jail.
I lost count about how many times ive seen that happen to him.
I looked over at Johnny for a moment and i could see that he was shaking.
He really doesn't like situations like these, Especially when its involved with someone he cares about.
"You okay Johnny?"
Johnny looks at me."Im okay, Just worried.."
"I know, I am too.. Soda should be back out here soon anyway".
"And? The cops don't care man, They won't believe us".
"Dont think like that".
"You know its true Pony, There's nothing we can do to help her and shes gonna be stuck in there forever",
Johnny shouted"Just calm down"-
"No, I cant and i wont. People die in jail pony, from messed up shit and who knows what people are doing to her".
Johnny cried"..Johnny-"
Before I could say anything else I could see Soda walking out of the station.
But as he came over I noticed that he was crying.
"Soda? what did they say?"
