Ponys POV

I waited for Soda to answer my question but he just stood there crying.

By the looks of him, I knew the news wasn't gonna be good.

"What happened in there?"

Soda sighed and looked up at me, forcing a smile.

"They said that shes gonna be let out sometime tomorrow".

"Thank god, man I was real worried for her"
Johnny spoke relieved.

"But why are-"
Soda cut me off as I was about to speak

"Johnny can you go check to see if i left my keys in the car?"

"Sure thing".

"Soda what are you up to?"
I whispered as I watched Johnny walk up to the car.

I knew Soda had his keys in his pocket..

"Listen you don't gotta worry"
Soda sighed

"I know you're hiding something, just tell me what really happened in there".

"You can't tell Johnny Pony, If you do.. hes not gonna be able to handle it, Don't tell Dally either"

I couldn't tell Johnny or even Dally?
This wasn't gonna be good at all then.

"I promise I won't... is Aria not coming home?"
I frowned.

"She is coming home,hopefully tomorrow but she.." Soda paused. " She has to go for a check up first and talk with her detective first".

"...Check up?"
I raised an eyebrow

"..The cop in the station said that something happened to her in jail.. they wouldn't even tell me what".
Soda whisper shouted.

"I can't believe im gonna say this but.. Dally was right".
I shook my head

"Thats why he can't know anything, not yet anyway.. who knows what he'll do".

I nodded."I don't even wanna think about what he would do..."

Soda laughed."Alright now we don't need you to be worrying too, lets just go home and get something to eat".

"Sure, You better not make those green pancakes again".
I muttered

"Not this time anyway"
Soda grinned

I walked towards the car where Johnny had thrown everything around looking for the keys which were in Sodas pocket the whole time.

Soda knew that of course but Johnny couldn't know anything about Aria so he had to get him away from the conversation some way.

"I can't find them Soda".
Johnny shook his head

"Its okay I found them".
Soda lied

"..After all that".
Johnny sighed

"Anyways cmon lets get going home".

Me Pony and Johnny got into the car and Soda started to drive us all back home.

About 20 minutes later, we arrived home.

We all entered the house and i could already smell food being cooked for us.

Darry must of came home early from work.

"Your home early for once".
Soda spoke to Darry

Darry turns around."Lucky for me, so whats the news about Aria?".

"Shes coming home sometime tomorrow".
Johnny said looking relieved
