A/N: I know I said one update a day, now it's basically whenever I happen to come on the site to work on stuff lol

"Alright guys, stand back." Jack told them as they all stood around a wooden board set up to be broken.

He easily broke the board.

"Not to be a critic," Theo started, taking a bite out of a donut. "But uh, haven't you done that like a million times?"

"Watch." Jack smirked.

The cement blocks that had been holding the board up suddenly crumbled to dust.

"Whoa." They all breathed.

Mira swallowed hard at the display of strength. She was trying to get comfortable around Jack, but man, sometimes displays like that  just put her right back on edge.

Eddie went to get a smoothie as the others heard Rudy cry about his broken toilet. He came out explaining that he just barely managed to save her.

"Rudy would you focus? The new mall owner is gonna be here any minute." Kim reminded him.

Just then, Eddie ran in with a brochures. "Guys check it out, these brochures are all over the place. The new owner is making some big changes."

They all glanced at the brochure. Mira frowned. "Oh yeah. It's weird you didn't hear about it Theo, with your mom being one of the security officers and all."

Theo snapped his attention over to them, eyes widening. "Oh, I forgot to tell you guys, the new mall owner is making some big changes."

Everyone stared at him in pure silence for a moment.

"Thanks, Captain Obvious." Kim sassed.

Theo shrugged.

"Wait, where's our dojo?" Rudy questioned.

"It should be right..." Mira froze. "Where this huge new parking lot will be."

"Oh..."

~~~
Mira approached Rudy, who was talking with the mall owner and his son, Arthur. "Rudy, you never gave me the notes for next week- oh, hello." She greeted rather shyly.
"Oh, Mr. Turner, this is Mira Goodwin, our wonderful medic and dietician." Rudy explained proudly.
"Really? Aren't you a little young?" Mr. Turner questioned in surprise.
"In training." Mira corrected. "My mother's a trauma surgeon, and also kind of a health nut, it's sort of what got me into the whole thing. Rudy lets me help out around here to get some hands on practice." She told him.
Arthur grinned sweetly. "That's so cool! You must be super smart."
"Um, I guess." Mira awkwardly pushed a hair behind her ear.
"The notes should be on that table, Mira." Rudy pointed. "Now come, let me show you my office Mr. Turner. Mira, do me a favor and give Arthur a tour?"
Mira's eyes widened. "Oh, um, yeah okay."
"I hope that's not too much trouble, I'm so excited to see the dojo." Arthur insisted.
"Not at all." Mira smiled kindly. "I'll introduce you to the others.
Mr. Turner nodded and patted Arthur on the back. "Arthur, you make some friends while Rudy and I talk."
"Yes daddy, I'll just be out here with the gang." He grinned.
Mr. Turner and Rudy went into the office, leaving Arthur with the teens.
"Arthur, this is the dojo's students. This is Jack-" Mira started.
