Kim stepped into the dojo to see the guys with a lizard. "What are you guys doing?"

"Petting my gassy lizard." Jerry replied.

Kim bit her lip. "Sounds about right."

Milton smiled. "Alright Kim, it's Wednesday, time to get our spar on."

She hesitated. "Milton, I...I wanted to talk to you about that. I don't think we should spar with each other anymore."

"Is it something I did?" He whispered.

"No! Milton you're great. It's not you, it's me." She admitted.

Milton held back tears. "It's someone else, isn't it?" He scowled. "Please don't tell me you sparred with...him." Kim bit her nails anxiously. He stormed off. "I've been such a fool!" He went to the locker room just as Jack came out, glancing at him in confusion.

"Don't...ask." Mira told him awkwardly, coming over with her clipboard. "Where is Theo?" She asked, looking around.

Just then, Theo ran into the dojo, looking quite proud. "Guys! I've finally become the top Immortal Slayer player!"

"You're kidding!" Jack gasped. "Man, I knew I should've spent my weekend at the arcade instead of training."

"I even won a glow in the dark t-shirt." He stated proudly. "I mean, we're not in the dark right now so you can't tell, but it's really cool."

Kim bit her lip. "Fascinating. Look, Theo, I'm tired of sparring with Milton. I want to be challenged and you're the only other black belt in the dojo who I haven't sparred with yet. I already know I can't beat Jack and I want to see how I match up to you."

Theo paused, then winced. "Oooh, that sounds like...you know, a bad idea."

"Come on, Theo." Kim dragged him over to the center of the room. Theo looked to the guys for help, but they just shrugged.

Mira smiled. "This will be interesting."

"Not that interesting." Jack muttered to the guys, who nodded in agreement. Mira looked at them in confusion.

Rudy watched excitedly, recording on his phone. "Finally a match between two real karate students. Not a bunch of confused gazelles." He cringed.

Mira blinked. "...Dude, feelings."

"I didn't mean you or Jack." He shrugged.

"That wasn't really-" Mira just shook her head. "Nevermind."

Kim smiled at Theo. "Remember Theo, give me everything you've got."

But Theo still seemed hesitant. "Kim, I don't know about this-"

Kim tried to hit him, and he dodged before huffing. "Well alright then."

The two exchanged blows, but Mira couldn't help watching in confusion.

All of the moves Theo was using were freshly learned from his time in the dojo. She knew he knew martial arts from previous training, and it usually leaked into karate spars, but this?

This wasn't like any of his previous spars.

Kim managed to grab Theo and flip him, sending him smacking into the ground.

"Oh man, she flipped you like a pancake!" Rudy cackled.

Jack helped Theo up.

"Yes! I took you down! Down to the ground!" Kim sang happily as she did a little victory dance.

Theo sighed a little before smiling. "I'm glad you're happy, Kim."

Kim continued to cheer in victory as Jack patted Theo on the shoulder and smiled at him proudly. "Hey man, you did good. Seriously."
