"I got this! I got this!" Milton exclaimed excitedly as he twirled the bo staff around.
Mira watched frettingly from the sidelines. "Milton, please be careful! That's not a toy!"
"Relax Mira, there's a new master in town and his name is-" The bo staff flung out of Milton's hands and pierced into the wall next to Jerry's head.
"Oh my God!" Mira gasped in horror, jaw dropped.
Jerry just laughed. "Dude, you put a hole in the wall!" He tried to grab the bo staff, but someone on the other side yanked it back and made him smack into the wall.
Rudy stepped out of his office with the bo staff, not looking the least bit impressed.
"He did it." Jerry pointed to Milton nervously.
"Mira, what did we say about the bo staffs?" Rudy snapped.
Mira sulked. "Not to use them when Jack, Kim and Theo aren't around the supervise? But he just seemed so determined..."
"What is wrong with you guys? We have the biggest tournament of the dojo happening tomorrow!" Rudy ranted.
Eddie grinned. "That's right, tomorrow I get my orange belt."
"And Theo will finally get his black belt." Mira grinned. Since Theo was so new to the dojo, he didn't have an official belt yet, even though all of them viewed him as a black belt anyways.
"Wait that's this tournament?" Rudy questioned in surprise.
Just then, Jack, Kim and Theo stepped into the dojo.
"Where have you guys been? Practice started a half hour ago!" Rudy scolded.
"Sorry Rudy, we were volunteering down at the nursing home." Jack smiled.
Rudy mocked him. "We volunteered at the nursing home."
"Rudy, we're ready. Kim's been helping me with my spinning back kick." Jack explained with a smile.
To prove it, Kim held up a board, and Jack's foot sliced right through it like butter.
"That is perfect, you need to do that tomorrow, you never know who might be watching you" Rudy told him firmly.
"That's an ominous thing to say." Theo noted.

The next day at the tournament, Theo and Eddie got their belts, and Jack was going up next.
"I'm kinda nervous, this guy I'm going up against hasn't lost in two years." Jack frowned.
Mira bit her lip. "He's from the Yellow Dragon...that's Kai's dojo."
"Well, he's about to lose. He doesn't know who he's messing with." Kim snapped.
And then she started yelling, causing Mira and Jack to be horrified. "BOBBY WASABI'S BEST STUDENT RIGHT HERE, YOU DON'T WANT ANY OF THIS! BOOM GOES THE DYNAMITE! BOOM!"
"Kim, stop booming, people are looking!" Jack protested, mortified.
Kim awkwardly went to go stand on the sidelines.
"Okay um...well, I don't have a cheer like that..." Mira giggled. "But you got this Jack. You took down Kai, remember? With a broken hand." She smiled warmly. "You can do anything."
Jack smiled sheepishly at that. "...Thanks, Mira."
Mira headed over and stood on the sidelines by Kim as Jack turned to face his opponent.
The match began and the guy Jack was facing really was good, managing to land quite a few good blows and nearly knock Jack down.
But Jack managed to get the upperhand and kicked him down, earning him the win.
