Mortality to magic (Book One) ✔

Chapter one

This is the story of Colette She's 21 years old and Just a normal Girl wanting to escape the endless boring pressure of Day to day life.

For a while now,
She's been yearning for something brillant, something that would spice life up a bit and somewhere where a girl can finally take life by its horns!

To Escape the harshness of life and disability.
The only problem is where do you look for that kind of thing? surely Life could be amazing and far fetched like Doctor who , Visiting Distant planets and meeting some pretty amazing people. Lets face it somehow and somewhere She really wants to get out of here!

So walking around in her local town centre of Ilkeston,
Hopping on a bus and on an impulse..
She decided to get on as many buses as possible and get a boat somewhere far away from here.
She don't care if it will take her days or months but it will be worth it in the end!

A long while later......

Finally she reached the docks realising she doesn't have any money.
Colette formulates a plan to stowaway on a boat bound for America and hides below deck.
There's plenty of food/water and blankets/pillows to keep herself safe for arrival.

She cannot wait for her brand new adventure. She is of course wondering how She is going to survive but it does not matter because she is finally on her way to adventure.

Arriving in San Francisco

Finally She has arrived in San Francisco.
She starts wondering around looking at all the shops unsure where to go first ..While in the distance there is a figure of a 6 foot 2 slim built figure of a man. He has black Hair and Blue eyes. Colette of course cannot see this man.

She walks around San Francisco looking for something to do.

While The man all suited and booted is watching her every move.

He stands in front of her unseen and waves his hand in front of her face fire flickers unseen around her.

Then he touches her shoulder and flames out with her and ends up in front of the Halliwell manor. The man Quickly shimmers out and makes himself invisible once more.

Colette looks around confused and oblivious as to how she got here and decides to knock on the door of the manor. A young Woman With Blonde hair opens the door.

"Can I help you?" She said with a smile. Colette Replied: "Maybe you could. I've just arrived in San Francisco and I was walking around in your Town and I suddenly out of nowhere appeared here."

"Oh well Come in. My Name is Phoebe by the way." She holds her hand out to shake as Colette walks through the door. Colette Smiles and replies "Phoebe...? I'm Colette.

Phoebe Closes the door. " I'm Phoebe Halliwell. Let me just get my sisters. Paige,Piper get down here! Wehave a visitor!."
Rushing down the stairs two Women one who has red hair.. The other Woman has dark black hair.

Both of the girls look very friendly and approach Colette with Smiles.

The young black haired Woman Introduces herself: "I'm Piper (She points to The Red Haired Girl) And that is Paige Matthews our sister.

Colette Smiles " Nice place you got here." Phoebe Grins. "Thanks , so how did you get here?" "I actually got about 50 buses and hid as as a Stowaway on a cruise with absolutely nothing I might add.
Colette walks into the conservatory with the Girls. Piper:"Your Welcome to stay here as long as you like but won't your parents be worried?
Suddenly A Phone rings. Phoebe answers it,"Hello?!" She takes the phone off her ear. "It's Cole."

"Wow who's a guy I assume?, I sure hope a guy makes my face light like up like hers." Paige laughs and says "Actually that is her husband to be."

"Lucky Girl is he hot?!" Colette says. Phoebe Returns from her phone call and says "Unbelievably hot. he's gotta be the hottest DA in San Francisco.

"So which one is my room?" Colette asks.
Suddenly There's a knock on the door and Colette eager to see if its the guy they were just talking about and volunteers to get the Door. Leaving the Conservatory she heads to the front door and Opens it.

Unknown to her its the same Guy who was watching her earlier.

He smiles "Hi is Phoebe here?"

Colette Replies "Actually yes, Come in." She steps out his way to let him in and closes the door "I'm Colette by the way. I just met the Sisters".

He puts his hand out to shake hers. "I'm Cole, Cole Turner" He gives her his card. "If you need any help just give me a call." She grins and takes the card. "thanks"

While he goes to find Phoebe.

A billion things are going through Colette's head it was obvious there was an attraction there.

Colette Follows him and notices everyone has gone upstairs.

Watching her while he was upstairs He calls out to her. "I'd better you know... He points upstairs.

Noticing her confusion He continues: "They've all probably gone to the attic. Come on I'll show you. He holds out his hand and Colette takes it.

Walking upstairs Colette hears someone crying in a bed room. "I'll catch you up Cole." He looks worried. "You sure?". "Yeah I'm sure you go to the attic"

When she was sure he was gone Colette Knocks on the door. "One minute!" The Voice sounds like Phoebe.
Colette Patiently waits until she opens the door.
Phoebe opens the door crying and Colette looks at her worriedly.

She notices a piece of paper on the bed. "What's that?"Colette asks. Phoebe replies "Nothing! I'm Fine!.

"You dont look fine to me so what is it!?" Colette pushes past her and looks at the piece of paper and Phoebe snatches it off her. "You wanna know what it is?! says Phoebe angrily. "Fine I'll show you!"

She exits the bedroom and heads to the attic. Colette notices everybody has gone and Phoebe lights candles then begins to chant a spell:

My love strong, My spirit weak, It is an answer that I seek.The question burns within this fire, So I may hear my heart's desire.
Suddenly her older and younger self appears.
