Dear Dream Diary,
Last night I had a nightmare. It felt so real. Everything was so vivid...
I'm standing in a pond; the water is dark and I'm bent over, searching for something, trying to feel around with my hands.
There are other people here, too. Everyone from my village is here. We're all searching together, but I don't know what we're looking for.
Suddenly, a man starts yelling, "Get out! Get out of the water!" Everyone rushes frantically for the shore. Something is glowing blue, far beneath the surface. It begins to rise. As it gets closer to the surface, we can see that it's a map.
I start screaming. A piercing, blood-curdling scream.
I wake up.
