Early update and on an unusual day for my favorite twins birthday! Hope you enjoy! Mischief Managed!

"Emily, how much sleep did you get last night? You've been yawning all morning." Hermione said. We were at the Gryffindor table for breakfast before our first day of classes. I had put my hand over my mouth as I had yawned for the third time in only a few minutes.
"I slept fine. It's just the first day of classes, everyone's tired on the first day." I told her. Truth was, I had hardly slept at all. I tossed and turned all night, only falling asleep two hours before I had to get up. I had been sleeping terribly like this for the past few weeks. I put it up to being worried about Black being loose and Vicky being out late trying to catch him. I hadn't told anyone though. I didn't want to be seen as freaked out so I kept it to myself.
Hermione eyed me suspiciously but didn't say anything more about it. I looked down the table to see Professor McGonagall coming around with schedules."Miss White, Miss Granger," she began when she reached us, "I was wondering if I could see you two in my office." She told us. Hermione and I nodded. "Good. I shall finish handing out the rest of the schedules and I'll meet you there." She told us. Hermione and I finished up our breakfast and then made our way to Professor McGonagall's office. We walked into the Transfiguration room and then to McGonagall's office. Upon walking inside we saw the large, currently empty, fireplace. I walked over to the window in the room and looked out to see the training grounds and Quidditch Pitch. In the middle of the room was her desk. There were two chairs across from hers on the other side of the desk that Hermione and I sat down in. Twenty minutes went by before Professor McGonagall came into the room. She closed the door behind her and then sat down across from us. "As you two know, you've signed yourselves up for quite a few classes this year, a few of them overlapping." She began. "Now, usually this would require you to drop a few classes. However, Dumbledore and I talked to the Ministry and decided to make an exception." McGonagall then went digging through one of the drawers in her desk and pulled out what looked like two gold necklaces. The chains were gold and at the ends were hourglasses inside of spindles. My eyes went wide and Hermione and I looked at one another, shocked. "Do you two know what these are?"
Hermione and I answered her at the same time. "Time Turners."

"I can't believe this." I marveled. Hermione had just finished with our Ancient Runes class.
"Me either." Hermione said. "We'd better hurry to Professor Trelawney's room." I nodded and we both began to make our way there. I knew the general location of her room and knew that it was in the North Tower. I saw a few third years coming from a hallway that I knew lead to the North Tower so we continued on that way. While walking through the crowd, I spotted a familiar red head walking with another boy with raven black hair. Both of them were in between two others.
"This is so bizarre." I whispered, looking at the other set of Hermione and I walking with the boys. "Keep your head down, we're all over there." I told Hermione, pointing to us. We stuck to the outside of the crowd, keeping our heads down. Once we had made it through the crowd, we had reached a ladder. "I suppose this is how we get there." I said. Hermione and I then climbed up the ladder. Once we had, I could see the open door of the classroom. Hermione and I both walked in. In the middle of the room was who I assumed was Professor Trelawney. She had her back to us so I cleared my throat to get her attention. She jumped as she turned around to face us. "Sorry." I told her. "I was just wondering if you could tell me where the red headed boy and the boy with round glasses were sitting?" I asked, knowing that she might not know their names since it was only the first day.
