Burton lost his sense of touch, as Pragya got into the secret room.
He shouted in agony, for three reasons, as he can't enter the secret room, while Pragya is injured and she is locked inside, also his sense of touch is lost.

Suddenly he got an idea and started to roam entire haveli.
He gone into each room but find every room empty.
" where are her family members  vanished? I will find them and make them open the door, they will bring my lady out" he thought, perhaps what he doesn't know is they left the haveli according to Pragya's plan.

Meera is fearing herself, Sensing her tense her mother asked
" what happened? Are you okay, where are you taking us and why you left Pragya alone there?
You know it is not safe for her to stay alone, what if his spirit cause any harm to her", to which Meera didn't replied just kept mum.

Megan intervened and said " are you hiding something from us Meera?", she got startled and immediately gave answer " no uncle!... what will I hide, I'm taking you all to a famous tourist spot near... Pragya is not interested to visit so I  left her".
Hearing her Megan didn't convinced but he decided to ask her actual matter afterwards.

Burton searched entire haveli but he find it empty, and becoming mad as he is getting worried about his wife.

Inside the room:

After yelping,
Pragya passed out as soon as she fell into the secret room.
Now she slowly opened her eyes and find herself on the ground, she slowly sat up and switch on her phone torch, she first examined her injury and then her surroundings to make sure in case Burton is there.
She got relieved as she didn't find him there except his portrait.
She stood up and dusted her clothes.
" I must find something which will end his soul wandering and free me from his torture.
He burned his diary, but there are few more trunks and desks which will I  check now, I'm sure I will find something" she thought and moved towards the trunks which she didn't opened at her first visit.

But before she can place hand on anything, she heard Burton's voice echoing in the room.
" my lady are you fine, please say something...
Are you hurt? can you hear me??" He said.

" he is up there near the door! by any chance he managed to come inside he will not let me find anything, I must act fast" She thought and without making any noise she slowly placed the trunk one by one down and started to go through the things.

She find a trunk full of then Indian currency, her eyes got widened with shock as few of the money notes are inked with blood along with a paper roll, she opened it and read " tax collected from March to June 1878 "
" how cruel he is! this money is the proof for his cruelty.
How ruthlessly he collected taxes from us" she thought and find few documents of farmers lands also.
" It is a punishment for him to roam like a spirit not attaining peace, because he never showed mercy on anyone, heartless rogue!" She cursed him under her breathe and closed the trunk.

She opened another trunk and find his clothes and a key 🔑  which is duplicate of that room.
" oh! I left the key out there!
Luck is on my side what if I don't find this spare key, I will get locked here and die and wander like a soul like him!" She thought securing the key immediately.

She got up and started to went through the desks, there also she find few documents and few official letters from England.
Her patience is running out, as she is not finding anything which is useful for her to ward off his soul.

" what's happening, I can't find anything why?! I can't even shout and express my frustration.
He will hear me.
Am I lost? Won't I find a solution for the trouble?
Will my life ruin in his hands??
Won't he ever leave me?
What if he don't? My life will get spoiled and he will not spare me, he will make me surrender to him, which will be a death punishment for me, death is more better than giving myself unto him.
Now I can see Death is the only option I left with, to escape from him
" Pragya cried while muffled her mouth with her hands.

Scene shifts:

" it's 3pm, will you tell us why you brought us here?" Meenal asked sternly looking at Meera who stood in silence.
" yes, we need an answer dear. You just can't keep silent anymore?" Megan added.

Meera sighed and said " first promise me you both will cooperate with me, then only I will disclose everything"
Megan and Meenal looked at each other and nodded in yes.

" Pragya is fed up with that Burton and she decided to end his wandering, for that she decided to go into the secret room in hope she find some solution there.." Meera said Her mom worried and about to say something but Meera continued saying " she also know, Burton won't let her go inside and try to stop her, for that he can use us to threaten Pragya.
That's why she asked me to take us away from haveli, we will return back only when she call or text me, even if it take a day or days "

Megan and Meenal shocked thinking about the risk Pragya took, as they know very well, finding her alone is a invitation for Burton to harm her.

Scene shifts:

" no one is there...haveli is empty.
I can't step inside and I can't even touch anything...
I don't know whether she is fine or not.
She is not answering me.
My lady why you always push me into tough situations.
Why you always cause fear of losing you in me?" Burton thought eyeing the door sadly.

Pragya is completely shaken as she didn't find anything, she came infront of Burton's portrait and eyed it with tear eyed.
" I lost you win...
Why I came here...I was happy in my home.
Coming to this haveli is my life's biggest mistake.
I'm exhausted by running away from you... I give up.
I don't left with any option other than death or to beg you to leave me which you won't do.
You made me helpless, you closed all doors for me to escape from you.
That time Payal also lost and this time Pragya also lost.
You only won" she cried and toppled down on her knees.

She leaned on the ground, tears welled up her eyes, she closed her eyes and started to recollect the incidents that happened with her from the day she entered the haveli to till now.
Suddenly something struck her mind and she eyed his portrait without blinking.
