Chapter 27

(Rebel'sPOV)
I pace the dorm on the edge of a panic attack. It was 6:00 PM, Wednesday evening. Tomorrow night would be the worst, or best, night of my life. "F*hhck" I breathe, flopping down on the bottom bunk. My Skype notification goes off. I check it and see that it's Gwen. I hit answer and flop down in my computer chair. "Hey. You Ok?" She asks. "Yeah I'm fine. What's up?" "Nothing. You wanna talk?" "Sure. What about?" "Let's play Truth or Dare!!" She shouts suddenly. "Um.. Ok." I giggle. "You first." "K. Truth or Dare?" "Dare." Oh what the heck. Why not? "I dare you... to take off your hoodie." My eyes go wide for a second. "U-Uhh o-ok.." I stand and unzip my hoodie, instantly feeling self conscious. "Ok it's off! Your turn truth or dare?!" She raises an eyebrow. "I'm no rocket scientist but, I think it's only unzipped." I sigh, pull my hood off, and throw off the rest. "There. You happy?" I growl. She laughs. "Yes, very." I roll my eyes. "Truth or dare?" I ask halfheartedly. "Dare." I grin evilly. "I dare you... to ask Haywyre out." "NO!" She snaps. I laugh. "Ok fine. This game is too cliché for me. I'm going to go get the kitten. If you want to come, meet me at the nurse's ward." I hang up the call and put my hoodie back on. I pull on my Chucks and slip out the door.

(Gwen'sPOV)
Rebel and I had been spending a lot of time together lately. Skyping, hanging out and producing together. "If you want to come meet me at the nurse's ward." She says, ending the call abruptly. "Wait-" I sigh, realizing I was too late. I grab my jacket and set off to the nurse's ward.

(Crystal'sPOV)
"I AM GOING TO KILL YOU TWO!" Muzzy shouts. I throw another spaghetti filled waterballon at him and take off running, along with a laughing and very happy Droptek. We slip into the dining hall, our backs against the door. I look up at Tek, smiling. "You think we lost him?" I ask, panting.He smiles at me. "It's a possibility... a very unlikely one." He chuckles, sending chills down my spine. My face gets hot and I turn away to glance out the window. "He's gone" I mutter, my face against the glass. Tek does the same and presses his nose to the glass. I giggle. We sit down and look at each other. I know it sounds stupid, but I could literally feel the sparks flying. Before I knew what was happening, we leaned in and kissed. We pull back. I noticed Tek's face was bright red, I'm sure mine wasn't very far off. "What just happened?" I breathed in disbelief. "W-We kissed... God Crystal I'm so sorry!! I-I wasn't th-" I push my lips against his.

(Gwen'sPOV)
"So what'd you name him?" I ask Rebel. "I don't know. What do you suggest?" I lean over and poke him gently. He squeaks quietly. "Mike?" Rebel laughs. "Drop wouldn't like that. What about... Astro?" "A PIXL reference? I LOVE IT!" We laugh as she unlocks her dorm. She hands him to me. He starts mewling instantly. "How do you manage to keep him so quiet?" I mutter. "He's just hungry." She pulls out a bottle from her pocket and waves it. "Nurse gave it to me." She shoots me a wink. "You want to?" "YES!!" I screech. Rebel laughs. "Here. It's still warm." She throws a towel at my face. "Just in case he drips. I'll be on Skype with Varien if ya need me." I nod and start to feed Astro.

(Rebel'sPOV)
"What's up?" Varien answers. "Nothing much. Congrats on the Supercell music video. I love it." I smile. "Haha. Thanks." "So. About TBT." I start. I hear multiple clicks on his computer. "Yep. What about it?" "What songs are you planning on doing?" I lean over and grab my drumsticks. "Uh... Morphine, Toothless Hawkins, and... I'm torn between Seduction and Lilith.." He answers, holding his chin. "What about you?" "Graffiti, Windows and.. either Hooded Figure or Escape. Your opinion?" I drum on the desk with my fingers. "I think Escape is a good song, but go with your gut. Your opinion?" I nod. "I love the song Seduction... but, likewise, go with your gut." He nods. "REBEL! HE WONT STOP MEOWING!" Gwen yells. I chuckle a bit. "I'll talk to you later, Nick." "See you tomorrow." I panic slightly. "Yeah. B-Bye." I end the call.
