The scene changes to the dance studio. Vincenzo and Vittorio were addressing the tenants.
"Well, we bought some time, but we can't keep delaying the demolition with the parties," Vincenzo says.
"Right," Lee says as he stands up. "That's right," He goes to the spot where Vincenzo was standing. "Now, it's time for us to duke it out with the. There must be blood from both--" Vittorio cuts him in between and goes forward.
"You only think about blood and fight, something you can never do," Toto says.
"It won't involve blood. We would like to make a better suggestion for you" Vittorio says. Lee points his hands at Vincenzo and Vittorio and sits down.
"We are planning to purchase a mall in the neighboring area. And we will relocate you guys there" Vincenzo says making the tenants shocked.
All of the tenants were shocked here too.
"What?"
"What?"
"What do you mean? You will relocate us?" Mr. Tak asks him.
"We will give you the mall free of charge" Vittorio answers and all of their mouths are hung open.
The tenants here also had the same reaction.
"What?"
"For free?"
"Yes" Vincenzo answers.
"I don't believe it" Ms. Kwak says. "Why would you do that for us?"
"Because they were doing that for their own selfish interest," Cha-young says.
"Because that's the best way" Vincenzo answers smiling.
"Wait" Mr. Larry says as he raises his hand. "There is a western proverb that goes, 'The only free cheese is in the mouse trap.'"
Vittorio knew it was natural for the tenants to be vary.
"He does have a point. Free things in life can be dangerous" Ms. Kwak says.
"No, it is not dangerous at all. Once, we purchase the building, you can move there" Vittorio says.
"I see. Then, we don't have to do a thing. That's amazing" Mr. An says as he stands up on his knees.
"But who are you?" Ms. Seo asks.
"Right. Who are you?"
"He is my apprentice. He has so much respect for my food. He is my pupil" The chef answers.
