amygdala is in overdrive
telling you that you aren't
safe and could lose what

their entire lives are
different than those who
experienced safety,
connection and comfort.Thank God that I saw this video on Instagram. It really became of the things that made me feel better. And I believe that I'm different even because I was forced to live in survival mode my entire life since I didn't experience safety, connection and comfort. To be honest, although I'm better with the people who I am sorrounded with, (friends, family members, therapists ect.) I can say that experiencing comfort, safety and connection was another thing that was hard to do or feel, even after online drama that shouldn't have happened in the first place even after the last incident of it two years ago before 2022 kicked in. But anyway, I'm thankful to hear a message like this one I copy-pasted the paragraphs from just for you to read it too.
