Techno harbored a secret admiration for the couple, but his shy nature prevented him from confessing his true feelings, and it also did not help that he had been their friend since high school.
He admired their unwavering devotion and longed to be a part of their love story. However, the fear of rejection and the potential disruption of their relationship kept Techno silent.
Techno observed the couple's lovey-dovey demeanor every time they were together at a cafe or just relaxing at Tharn and Type' place. It taunted him sometimes because he wanted to be like that with them too, except he couldn't because he was just a friend to them, plus, he was too shy to say anything, he did not want to be cast out of their friend circle and so he kept his feelings to himself.

At Tharn and Type's home, the trio gathered to watch a show they were eager to see. Type generously covered the cost, allowing them to enjoy it together.
Techno settled comfortably on the floor, wrapped in a blanket with snacks nearby, while the couple snuggled on the couch, engrossed in the show, but all Techno could watch was Tharn and Type cuddling, wishing he was there in between them.
Wishing that he was theirs, and they were his. He wanted nothing more but to be a throuple with the couple. He hated that this is how he felt towards his closest friends but he couldn't get rid of them even if he tried liking someone else, he just couldn't stop thinking of Tharn and Type.
Techno had watched the couple cuddle and laugh while watching the movie, it had gotten so intense for him that he just couldn't sit there any longer and watch them be cute together, Techno was so head over heels for Tharn and Type, that he had enough, got up in the middle of the movie and ran to the bathroom, but before he did he grabbed a few bottles of alcohol from the fridge and then locked himself in there.
Tharn and Type had no idea what went wrong or if Techno was okay but he was just in the bathroom, that's all they knew, Type had heard a phone go off and it wasn't his or Tharn's' but it was Techno' and when he went to pick up the call, it ended before he could answer and when the caller ID left the screen he was met with a photo of himself and Tharn on the lock screen of Techno' phone and in that instant, Type realized what happened.
