Pete was distorted by watching the love of his life get shot and without a second thought, Pete immediately lifted his arm and aimed his gun at the person who shot Vegas six times and shot him without looking at who it was, to begin with, Pete just let his bullets fly without knowing who he shot, he was more hurt knowing that Vegas, his love, had been shot, and he just let the gun finish the job.

He didn't care about anything else at that moment. All he cared about was Vegas, he screamed out for help and screamed so loud that by the time someone got to them he had no more voice, he couldn't say a single thing for a few hours.
"Vegas! Pete... come on we have to get him to the hospital ASAP." Porche knew Vegas meant everything to Pete, he had completely quit his job to be with Vegas. Porche knew that they just needed to make sure Vegas stays alive.
When they got to the hospital Vegas was taken into surgery.
During that time Porche had comforted Pete as much as he could because he couldn't stop crying or making himself pass out but in the time that Vegas was in surgery, Pete had fainted three time because he was constantly crying and not getting enough water to hydrate himself, but he was just worried about Vegas, he wanted him to be okay.
A few hours go by and a doctor comes out through the doors they rushed Vegas through and came back with an expressionless look upon his face but then he said, "We got all bullets out and patched him up really good, he is alive and now its just time for him to heal. You can go and see him if you want to." The doctor says.
So, Pete went to the recovery wing of the hospital but they got a VIP room because Porche's husband Kinn set it up and Pete would be able to stay at the hospital while he healed.
As pete got to the room he saw that Vegas was awake, he went over to the bed and cried and smiled at the same time, he was just happy his love was okay. "Baby, hi. you okay?" Vegas says as he sees his baby crying as he sat down on the bed next to him, making sure not to hurt him in the process of sitting.
