"Sky, honey, come on, you're going to be late for your chemo. We have to go now."
Prapai and Sky found out that Sky had a malignant tumour growing to a steady speed and no doctor wanted to remove it because it would take part of Sky' heart with it, and they said that the best option was to just do chemo and take medications and see what happens to it.
Sky had been battling this for the past 6 months and no one knew it except himself and Prapai.
Sky reluctantly stood up from the couch, feeling the weight of the world on his shoulders. He was tired of the constant doctors' appointments, the never-ending nausea from the chemo, and the uncertainty of his future. But he knew he had to keep fighting for Prapai.
As they drove to the hospital, Sky stared out the window, lost in thought. Prapai reached over and took his hand, offering a comforting squeeze. "You're doing great, Sky. I'm so proud of you," he whispered.
They arrived at the hospital and Sky went through the familiar routine of checking in and waiting for his treatment. As the nurse hooked him up to the IV, he closed his eyes and took deep breaths, trying to find some sense of peace amidst the chaos.
After the treatment was finished, they slowly made their way back home. Sky felt drained and exhausted, and Prapai could see the pain in his eyes. He knew how hard this battle was for him, and he wished she could take it all away.
Back at home, Prapai made sure Sky was comfortable and settled in before making him a hot cup of tea. They sat together in silence, finding solace in each other's presence.
"I know this is tough, Sky. But we're in this together, okay? I won't leave your side," Prapai said softly, holding his hand tightly.
Sky nodded, feeling grateful for his unwavering support. "I love you, Prapai. Thank you for being my rock through all of this."
They stayed wrapped in each other's embrace, finding strength in their love for one another. And as they faced the unknown future together, they held onto hope, knowing that their love could conquer even the toughest battles.
