Ikikotamasu landed where the battle would take place. "Too late to back out now. Looks like I'm helping you, Atem." He said, Atem, who had just been revived, stared at Ikikotamasu, "I don't wanna help you either. But this battle will mark the moment I take your spot permanently as the First God!" Atem said.
Suddenly, there was rumbling. The entire island shook, but nothing else around it did.
He had appeared.
Kurai was back, and stronger than ever.
"Well! Looks like everyone's here!! Kurenai's dead! Well, fuck! He was the funnest to fight!! Either way, I'm gonna win! Nobody can defeat me now!!!" Kurai yelled.
Then it began to happen.
Shizune stood up and handed Yuri to Koneko. "Hold her for me." She said as she walked up to Kurai. Shizune's eyes began glowing golden as she looked up at Kurai.
"You bitch!! Kurenai sacrificed everything to defeat you, and you just refuse to die! Well guess what? I'll kill you! I don't care if I'm known for being gentle. I'm going to kill you, Kurai!!!!" Shizune yelled as a golden aura began to surround her, "Woah, what's happening?" Koneko asked, holding Yuri close, "It's her link with the sun. It's finally escaping. Shizune's becoming who she really is." Atem said.
