Ryder sat down on the edge of the hotel bed with a long sigh escaping his lips. Skye stepped between his legs before her arms wrapped around his neck. Almost immediately he returned the hug as he leaned into her.

"Why did tonight feel so much longer than it actually was?" His words were quiet as his body started to relax.

"Because Kyle was being a tool." She replied back knowing that Kyle had all but been circling them waiting for another opportunity to blindside Ryder but nobody had even allowed him to get within reach. "I'm sorry Ryder."

"Don't be Skye. Not your fault that he acts like a high schooler." Her lips pressed gently to the bruise that was beginning to form along his jaw and that's when she saw him wince.

"I could truly kill him." His arms tightened around her.

"I'm fine Skye. It's just sore. Let him be a child. It is what it is." A sigh escaped her lips as her chin moved to rest along the top of his head.

"You really won't fight anyone will you?" He shook his head.

"Not in me to fight. No point. For one I'd get my ass kicked and two it's just not worth it. Words solve things better than punches." Her fingers slowly ran through his hair.

"I'm sorry.... I guess it's kind of in my nature to just...." Her nose found it's way into his hair. "Protect you."

"It's alright Skye. It's just the last thing I want to see is you get hurt trying to do just that." Her lips pressed to the top of his head. As she felt his lips along her neck she couldn't help that she melted into him. "I just.... You don't need to fight my battles. But if you do I'll take the punch every time."

"You don't need to take the punch Ryder." He chuckled.

"Skye.... If you're with me you're not going to be getting hurt. No matter what you think and you're especially not going to take a punch." Her hands gently slipped to cup his face before she pulled away just enough so she could look into his eyes.

"You won't be taking any more punches either." Her fingertips slowly ran along his cheeks. "Are you sure you're alright?" He nodded. "Really Ryder? You were bleeding."

"I bit the inside of my cheek when he hit me. I'm good." Her thumbs ran along his cheeks as she slowly nodded. "I promise Skye." He said quietly as she felt his hands move to her hips. When his fingertips just barely slipped into her waistband she leaned forward. "You're so fucking gorgeous." Her lips pressed to his the second the words came from his mouth. She deepened the kiss as her fingers threaded in his hair. As she leaned into him she could feel his fingers slip lower. Her teeth grazed his lower lip as she felt him squeeze her ass causing her to gasp.

Her hand slipped to his chest before she pushed on it getting him to fall back into the bed. Without any hesitation she moved to straddle his waist allowing his hands to slip farther into her jeans. Once again he squeezed her ass and just as his lips slipped from hers and down towards her neck they could hear noise from the room next to them.

"Oh fuck no...." The words came from Skye just as they could hear a thumping coming through the wall. Ryder sat up bringing her with him as his hands slipped to her hips.

"I swear...." That was when he couldn't help his gag when they could hear Annas all too familiar voice coming through the wall.

"Turn on a movie as loud as we can?" Their eyes met before he nodded earning a light laugh from her before her lips pressed to his cheek. "We are continuing this another day."

"Fucking please." The words came as almost a groan and she could tell he was as frustrated as she was that the moment had been ruined. A sigh escaped her lips before her arms wrapped around his neck as she leaned into him. His arms wound gently around her midsection with one of his hands resting just along the curve of her ass. A light laugh escaped her lips causing his eyebrow to raise.

"You like my ass don't you?" He chuckled.

"What's there to not like about it? He replied back as she felt his hand along her ass. "It's the perfect handful...." As he squeezed another gasp left her lips at the bold action. "Though really.... Every bit of you is perfect Skye. Not just your ass." Her lips met his cheek before his head turned and his lips captured hers. Before they could even begin to enjoy the kiss they both could hear the voices in the room next door get louder. "Anna the entire hotel can fucking hear you!"

Skye had to bite back her laughter as she could hear Anna just about scream at Ryders loud words. It only worked for a second though as she went right back to being loud. As he groaned Skye covered his ears with a laugh.

"Willows probably still awake and has a big enough room if you want to escape.... That." He almost instantly nodded at her words. "Let me call her then." Her lips pressed to his cheek quickly before she grabbed out her phone. As she dialed Willow she turned so she was now sitting in his lap. While she talked she could feel his fingertips slowly trail along her arm and side causing her to just about melt into him. "She's got a couch, snacks and movies waiting. We're not the only ones Anna has displaced." He chuckled.

"I'm guessing Julia didn't want to hear it either?" Skye laughed as she nodded before she carefully slipped off Ryders lap. When she turned she could see him adjusting his pants slightly. As their eyes met she had to bite back her smirk.

"We can change into some comfier clothes before we go if you'd like. They won't mind." He could see a slight smirk along her lips as she spoke.

"I uh...." She took a step towards him.

"Need a minute?" He slowly nodded. "Remind me to kill Anna later." He chuckled.

"I'll help." She laughed before she tiptoed and her lips quickly pressed against his.

"Im sorry tonight's been so shitty." He chuckled as he shook his head.

"Don't be. I've been with you. It hasn't been shitty." Her eyes met his and she could tell that every word he had said was truthful.

"I-...." Her hand landed on his chest as she got even closer to him. "You really are fucking perfect Ryder." His hand came up and his fingertips gently moved along her cheek. She leaned into him her eyes closing at the action.

"You're perfect too Skye...." His thumb ran along her cheek slowly. "So fucking perfect." She didn't even need to see to know where he was. As he leaned in she closed the distance and connected their lips. His fingers threaded in her hair as hers moved from his chest to the back of his neck keeping him in place. A slow and leisurely kiss was shared before she carefully pulled away when she needed a breath. "I-I feel like it's already been implied but I also feel like I need to ask...." Ryders words were careful and quiet.

"Ask Ryder.... Even though you really don't need to." Skye replied as her fingertips played with the hair at the nape of his neck.

"Would you be my girlfriend?" She answered as quickly as her lips found his.

"Yes."
