Relearning the ABC's

Winter break

My eyes flutter open as I gently yawn, looking around I notice that dubby is gone and I'm left alone under a large blanket

That's when I get out of my sleepy delusional state and hear talking....female and male talking....but that could only mean....

"Mommy!!!!!!!"

I peek up over the couch and see her standing at the door as she turns to me, smiles, and quickly walks over to me and kisses my face all over, making me scrunch up from all the wet kisses

"Babyyyyyyy! How are you my precious boy? Did you and dubby have fun?"

I nod a bunch and explain what all we did and how we lost a fortnite game and it was all dubby's fault, and while I babble away she thanks dubby and he leaves us with each other

She turns back around and picks me up, nodding her head "oh wow baby that sounds so fun! How about we get dinner in that little tummy of yours hmm?" She says rhetorically as she places me in my high chair

I pout softly feeling as if she didn't even listen, adults always do that stuff it's so rude!! But I just swing my feet while bein excited for mommy dinner

I smile happily seeing she's making spaghetti, seeing her do her witchy chef magic

"Hey baby, winter break just started and I'm soooooo proud of you for doing so good on your finals! So I thought maybe....would you like to go on a little trip to Disney world over the break?"

My eyes widen and my breath hitches

Did she just say....

Disney world??

"D-did you say....Disney world mama?? With Mickey???"

She chuckles and says "that's right baby boy!! With Mickey and Minnie and Goofy and Donald! Does that sound like a plan little one?"

I bounce excitedly in my high chair as she brings a bowl of spaghetti over to me, clapping my hands in excitement

"I wuv Disney mommy I wuv it I wuv it!! I wanna go nooooowwww!!!"

She just chuckles and starts feeding me little bites "I know baby I know, I've already gotten the plane tickets and we're gonna leave next week okay? I just can't wait to go to Disney with my little baby!!"

We finish eating, me thinking of nothing but what to do first at Disney as she gets me cleaned up, picked up, and taken to her room, laying me on her bed

I roll over and giggle as she gets into bed beside me, hugging me and petting my hair

"Fank chu for doin this mama....it means a lot to mes...."

She just puts my head in her chest and shushes me "don't even mention it little one, I just wanna make my baby happy! Now you've had such a big day hmm? Let's go get you a bath and get you straight to bed so we can go shopping for some stuff we need on the trip tomorrow!"

She cleans me up in the bath and then it's right back to bed, curled up in mamas arms, causing me to go to sleep in seconds
