Shopping Trip

I get woken up by mommy carrying me in her arms, changing my diaper and then getting me dressed in clothes before I even have a chance to fully wake up

"W-what are-"

"Just getting you dressed for the mall baby boy, we gotta go early so we can get back at a good time okay?"

I just nod along as she straps me in my high chair, and starts cooking an omelette for both me and her to share

I yawn gently and rub my eyes "what are we all shoppin for mommy?"

Without turning around, she just says "just the essentials, bathing suits, medicines for headaches or tummy aches, water bottles, some AirTags, towels, hand sanitizers, snacks, drinks, coolers, and some other stuff sprinkled in as well"

I nod despite my head being dizzy with the list of stuff, opening my mouth as she starts to feed me the omelette, thinking about how boring shopping trips are

"Do I hafta go mama? Shopping trips are so boring!"

"Yes baby, dubby is going back home to visit his family this Christmas break and I can't leave you alone, so you're gonna have to help me get everything we need! If you be a good boy I'll even let you pick out a new stuffy friend!"

My ears and head perk up at that, vowing to her I'll be a very good boy for her as she just chuckles and pats my head

We finish up eating, and she unstraps me and puts me down, getting her purse all ready as we walk down to the car, and I get all strapped up into my car seat

My mind can't help but wonder how it's gonna be like with mommy at Disney world! I've been a bunch of times with my family growing up, but mommy has never gone! Although....this will be the first time at Disney as a baby so maybe it'll be a learning experience for the both of us!!

Before I know it, she's parking at the big mall that just opened up, and unbuckles me, taking my hand as we both walk to our first items that we need

I blush as I see everyone walking around while I am dressed in a pink skirt with a shirt that says "mommy's girl" and I wonder why no one is batting an eye

I hear mommy chuckle and squeeze my hand for reassurance "it's okay baby girl, you don't have to be so tense! This is a special mall for littles just like you! No need to worry about anyone judging your little cute butt!"

I breathe a sigh of relief, hugging her arm to comfort me more as we walk over to the pharmaceutical center

"Just gotta get some headache medicine and tummy medicine alright? Wouldn't wanna have problems while walking through the parks!"

We go around, getting stuff like bathing suits and blankets and snackies, until we get everything and finally we get to what I've been waiting for, the toy store!!!

"Alright baby, you've been such a good boy today, so you can pick out one stuffy okay?"

I nod and walk over to the stuffy section, picking out a pink bunny and bringing them over to mommy

"Awww how cute! What's their name?"

I think about it for a second and then exclaim "Pinky!!"

She chuckles as she buys it for me and we walk out of the mall, loading up the car "that's so cute baby! Here, make sure you hold onto them tightly in your car seat!"

I hug pinky tightly, falling asleep in the car as we start to drive back home
