Smurfs The Prophecy of Hope

Chapter 14 Going Back To The Village

As Hope, Glammy, Inventor, and Hunter are about to leave the hidden village, the tribe and their leader come to them to say goodbye. Hope looked at them as they were standing in front of the waterfall.

SmurfSpirit: Now you and your friends can return to your home.

Hope: Thank you for everything you showed me. I want you to see my village if you and your tribe come with us back home.

SmurfSpirit felt flattered. Hope wants her and her tribe to come live in her village, but she can't and can't leave her home.

SmurfSpirit: I wish we could Hope, but we can't.

Hope: what do you mean?

SmurfSpirit: this place has been our home for as long as we can remember how our ancestors came to be and how we were part of this. It's who we are.

Hope: I understand, but will you ever see me again?

SmurfSpirit: Hope, I will always be here for you in the village.

Hope then hugs SmurfSpirit and knows she will see her again someday. She and her friends got on to Bucky and were ready to return. They all waved goodbye to the tribe as they headed for home. Then, As the four Smurf continued, they looked back at the waterfall closing the Hidden Village. They kept moving and wanted to know if they would ever come back.

Glammy: Do you know if you will ever see the village?

Hunter: I don't know.

Inventor: What do you think, Hope?

The three look at Hope to see if she knows. Just then, she felt a breeze blowing her hair and knew her answer.

Hope: We will someday and will run into them again.

They all agreed that they would come back. As the day went by, they finally got home.

Inventor: It's good to be back home.

Hunter: Yeah.

Glammy: it's nice to see our village.

Hope: Yeah, it's great to be back home.

Then Brainy sees Hope and the others and runs to the village, telling all the Smurfs that Hope and the others are back.

Brainy: EverySmurf, they're back, they're back.

Stormy: They're back.

Lily: Handy, you hear that they're back.

Handy: That's good.

All the smurfs are out of the village, and finally, Hope is back home, but the boy goes into the bush and hides from the other smurfs, knowing they are in so much trouble. Hefty and Smurfette came and saw their daughter back home and hugged her.

Hefty: Hope. We're so glad you are home.

Hope: Me too, dad.

Smurfette: Oh, it's nice. Nothing happened to you in the forbidden forest.

Hope: Well, nothing happened, Mom, but Gargamel tried to grab me, and I lost him at the waterfall.

Papa Smurf: Well, thank goodness you're all okay.

Willow: Where are the boys?

They came out of the bush, looked at Papa and Willow, and knew what it meant.

Glammy: hey, Papa.

Inventor: hello there.

Hunter: hi.

Willow: oh, good they're here. And they're all okay.

Handy: boys?

Inventor and Hunter both heard their dad and see their parents were there.

Inventor: Mom?

Hunter: Dad.

Lily: Oh, my boys, I  was so worried about you. I love you so much.

Handy: Glad you two are okay.

Papa Smurf snapped out of it and looked at the boys with a mad face.

Papa Smurf: Look, you three are coming with me. You have some explaining to do.

Hunter: We know.

Inventor: I knew this would happen.

Glammy: You're right; we accept the punishment you have for us.

Willow and Papa Smurf felt surprised at how sorry they were and decided what punishment they would have.

Papa Smurf: Well, seeing what you boys are up to. I think the learning experience of your behavior is punishable enough.

Willow: Hmmhmmm.

The boys are surprised that they are not being punished for all their trouble.

Inventor: Wait, what?

Papa Smurf: You heard me, you, kids coming back, which is enough for your trouble.

They accepted this and understood that as long they were back home all it matter.
