It was the day. It is Prom later, I can't believe I'm still going with Jake. Maybe I could forgive him this time, I will act like nothing happened. We ate our brunch together and went on a salon to get a make over. He was more handsome, I forgot that I was suppose to be mad at him. Isang oras nalang bago kami pumunta sa stadium ng Arison, palubog na din yung araw. Tonight ko siya tatanungin, mahal niya pa kaya ako?
Minutes later, nakapila na yung car namin sa harap ng Arison main building. All the lights are lit up, they also have the media taking pictures. Arison also had a red carpet kaya mahaba haba yung pila, I was nervous but Jake held my hand, whispering trust me. Mabuti nalang at may time limit lang ang pagbaba ng mga students sa cars nila kaya napabilis ang arrival. Hindi na din sila nag announcer dahil madami ang atendees, mostly artists na estudyante at anak mayaman. I was out of place but thanks to Jake I got to experience this.
When we got out of the car, ang daming fans ni Jake ang nag-abang. He was holding my cold hands. I can hear "Ethan Jake" many times and that made me more light. They were taking pictures and shouting our names. This is the best night this year!

When we got inside, there are already music playing, the big stadium was filled with dresses and suits. There are also foods in every corner. We sat and eat. We are in the table together with Natalie, Enzo, Trixie, and Irish. They are also enjoying the night. Maya't-maya, may mga students na nagpe-perform sa stage at sinasabayan namin ito. May mga tumayo na din para sumayaw. Half an hour later, nagpaalam ako kay Jake na pupunta lang ako sa banyo. He nodded with a smile. The party was fun and load, I can even hear outside the stadium.
When I got back, I saw Jake talking to that girl once again. My heart fell into million pieces. I don't want to believe it but I had enough.
I can't feel anything. It's like a waterfall stopped pouring water. Diamond shattering. Am I the real lover? Or am I just a disaster? Maybe we're not meant for each other. This love will not bare a child, Why did we even try together? Now that I see this scenario, It's like ripping a peaceful meadow. A sanctuary going dry, A heavy rain wanting to cry.
I was gonna leave when the music stopped, the lights were turned off. The spotlight was shone to the emcee at the stage.
"Good evening ladies and gentlemen" The emcee caught the attention of everyone as the music started playing behind.
"Tonight, we must enjoy this moment! Before the special performances, we must pick the prom king and queen! Are you excited?!" The emcee got the crowds full attention. When she got the envelopes, she gasps.
" Arison! Heads up! This is the moment you have been waiting for! Are you ready?!" The emcee said in a lot of energy.
"Now we will announce the prom king! If I called your name, please step unto the stage... Mr. Jake Alexander Lee!" The crowd went wild and the spotlight was shone at him.
"Arison!" calling the attention of everyone.
"Are you ready!? The next prom king is..." The crowd was shocked, it was the first time Arison doesn't have a prom queen. A minute of silence occurred.
"Mr. Ethan Joseph Maxwell!" She shouted and the crowd went wild. The spotlight shone at me.

Ethan didn't move, Jake was also confused. The crowd went silent. Jake started approaching Ethan... When he got closer, Ethan ran out of the stadium. Jake chased him but the main building was too big. All the crowd was confused and shock, the party went silent.
"Due to the unexpected event, we will contact the from kings later. Continue the party! We have a Kpop group performing with us today!" The emcee said, the energy of the crowd went back.
Jake is still looking for Ethan on the streets near Arison. He even went back to the apartment to check, but he was not there. Jake was notified that the party ended. He didn't care and still looked for Ethan. The sun arose, he drove around the campus. He checked the garden, the gym, the football field. He checked the library and heard a whimper on the far left corner. Jake knew Ethan was behind the bookshelf he's in front of.
"Ethan, anong nangyari? Can you atleast tell me?" Sabi ni Jake habang naghahabol ito ng hininga.
" What do you mean? You're a cheater!" Ethan shouted, the big empty library echoed.
"Cheat?! What?!" Jake was dumbfounded.
"Hypocrite, tama na yan, ayoko na! Mag break na tayo!" He shouted crying.
"Can you please, please just tell me!" He burst out, cried, and felt suffocation.
"The girl you're with, wag ka na mag paliwanag! Umalis kana dito!" He shouted. Jake felt a gripped in his heart trying to rip him.
"That's my-" sinubukan ni Jake na magpaliwanag pero pinutol ito ni Ethan.
"Jake! Umalis kana! Tama na!" He shouted very loud at Jake.
"Let's talk later, tomorrow, pag magaan na yung loob mo" Jake said in a low voice, suffering.
"Wag na Jake, let's break up now, ayaw na kitang makita" Ethan said whle crying.
"Can you do me one more thing? Please go back to the apartment... Ethan... Ikakasaya mo ba pag umalis ako? Is that your wish?" Jake losing hope, having a hard time to breathe.
"Oo! Go Out! UMALIS KANA!" Pinaka malakas na sigaw ni Ethan. After that shout, wala na siyang narinig sa paligid niya. He continued crying.
He didn't go back to the apartment for one day, he stayed at a hotel for three days. Their Principal announced that every class were required to clean classrooms before going on a Christmas vacation. Ethan attended in a black hoodie. After cleaning, in their room, Their professor announced that there will be a surprise speaker. She will be delivering message for the students. The professor asked the students to sit down and the speaker will be there soon.
