"Yeongpo Dock will be closed for now due to losing many workers to the soul shifter." Dang-gu said. "You must deliver the goods to Wol Fortress by land. Daegangtongun will be the quickest."

"Yes, my lord."

It was weird. Da-hye had never expected Dang-gu to become the leader of Songrim so fast. However, he was good in doing business.

"You never did tell me." Dang-gu told Da-hye. "What was going on between you and the Crown Prince?"  Dang-gu started smiling like an idiot.

Da-hye rolled her eyes. "Why are you still so stuck on talking about that?"

"What is wrong with me wanting to know about my sister's love life?" Dang-gu asked.

"I told you there was nothing going on between us!" Da-hye said.

"Is it because you distanced yourself from him?" Dang-gu asked.

That was true. Da-hye had distanced herself from the Crown Prince after everything that happened. However, the Crown Prince had kept his promise every time the saw each other, which was not often, his full attention would be on her. Da-hye had distanced herself from everyone, actually. The only people she talked to were Dang-gu, Master Heo, and her uncle. And sometimes Heo Yun-ok.

"I distanced myself from everyone." Da-hye said. "But no, that is not why."

"Mmh." Dang-gu said. "Are you sure? Maybe you should go and visit him some time." Dang-gu suggested. "You know the last time he came to Songrim, he was asking about you. I think he misses you." Dang-gu patted his sister's shoulder.

Although it was true that Da-hye missed the Crown Prince a lot. Things had become awkward and Da-hye was not sure how to talk to him.

Da-hye turned around to see Maidservant Kim, who was visiting. She actually needed to talk to Maidservant Kim about her uncle's new hobby. Cooking, he was not good at it. His food tasted so terrible that no even Da-hye could tell him.

"Oh, Maidservant Kim." Da-hye said. "Will you be going to visit my uncle?" Da-hye asked.

"I think so." Maidservant Kim said. "Why?"

"You should put an end to that new hobby of his." Da-hye said. "I cannot take anymore of this." Da-hye complained.

"What?" Maidservant Kim asked. "Is it so bad?"

"Everyone is Songrim has fallen victim to his new hobby." Dang-gu said.

Later that day,  Sang-ho came into Dang-gu's room with some news about a wedding.

"Jinyowon is preparing for a wedding?" Dang-gu asked.

"Do you remember how we placed Young Lady Jin's wedding supplies in the storage?" Sang-ho asked. "Jinyowon asked for them back today."

Dang-gu swallowed hard. Da-hye could not understand why he was still stuck on Jin Cho-yeon. If Da-hye was in Dang-gu's place and the Crown Prince did not want nothing do to with her anymore, then would she let him go? Apparently Dang-gu would not let Jin Cho-yeon go.

"Someone must be getting married." Sang-ho said.

"But if someone from the Jin family is getting married, it can only mean Young Lady Jin." Dang-gu said. It hurt Da-hye looking at how hurt Dang-gu was.

The Crown Prince had gone to see reward Uk with 1,000 nyang for capturing another soul shifter. He was also hoping to maybe see Da-hye. He noticed that after it was revealed that Mu-deok was Naksu, Da-hye had distanced herself from not only him but everyone else in her life as well.
