➷(10) THE CROWN PRINCE

When they arrived to the Jang family house, they found that the Crown Prince was there. What on earth was he doing there? "What is going on?" Dang-gu asked one of the servants.

"All right." The Crown Prince said. "I will keep my promise and let you have it. However, I  must punish her." Wait, punish Mu-deok for what? Would Mu-deok reveal she's Naksu by using her sword to protect herself?

"I will not forgive her for tainting my clothes." The Crown Prince said. He took one of the Eunuch's swords and stepped closer to Mu-deok.

Was he really about to do what Da-hye thought he was going to do? Even Da-hye was not that cruel and Da-hye was known for being beautiful but also for being overly mean and unlikeable.  

The Crown Prince started to head towards Mu-deok. Out of the corner of her eye, Da-hye saw Uk unsheathe a sword and stop the Crown Prince. But how? A sword couldn't be unsheathed unless the person had mastered Ryusu. It was impossible. Uk's gate of energy had just been opened a few days ago. Everyone else was shocked as well.

Uk went forward to attack the Crown Prince cutting his sword in half. "I unsheathed this sword...." Uk mumbled

"Jang Uk!" The Crown Prince shouted. "I thought you did not know how to use spells, but you have been deceiving us all!"

"That is not..." Uk said clearly shocked by what he had done. "What?..." his hand started shaking.

"You! How dare you point your sword at the Crown Prince?" An Eunuch shouted.

"No, it was not me." Uk protested.

"Okay! Put that down!" Dang-gu shouted.

"Put it down right now." Da-hye spoke, in a cold tone. 

"I want to!" Uk said. "But I cannot!" It seemed as if the sword dragged Uk forward. Like he wanted to stab the Crown Prince. But, the Crown Prince moved out of the way. Uk started attacking the Crown Prince. 

The Crown Prince unsheathed one of the Eunuch's swords to protect himself. Da-hye noticed that the Crown Prince looked handsome while he fought Uk, and Uk looked crazy. Da-hye observed Uk's movement, it was like he was being pulled by the sword.

"Stop it this instant!" Dang-gu shouted.

"I have no control!" Uk shouted. Uk's swordmanship was too advanced for someone who just got their gate of energy opened. It was so weird. Was the sword possessed or something?

"Jang Uk." The Crown Prince said. "Die!" 

Uk and the Crown Prince continued fighting eventually, Yul stepped in to stop the fight. "Please stop." Yul said.

 Dang-gu slapped the sword out of Uk's hand. "Stop it."

"This is weird. I cannot control my arm." Uk said. He punched Dang-gu in the face. It wasn't the sword it was Uk's arm.

"Ow." Dang-gu said in pain.

"I did not mean to do that..." Uk's hand started controlling him.

"Goodness! Young Master!" Maidservant Kim tried to stop Uk. "Oh dear!"

Da-hye knew this had to end. She walked over to Uk, firmly grabbing his hand. Uk's hand was strong but she was stronger. Da-hye managed to get Uk's arm under control, using a lot of strength.

Cho-yeon threw some type of bracelet at Uk's hand. "It's a binding bracelet." Cho-yeon said, Da-hye slowly removed her hand from Uk's arm. "It's weight will keep your arm under control." Cho-yeon explained.

"Unbind him!" The Crown Prince said. "Jang Uk. Grab your sword."

"Your Royal Highness." Yul said. "He is not match for you."
