Van POV

I can not believe that I am getting married. I am going to be a Hemmings, specifically Mrs. Alex Hemmings. I do not know whether this is the right decision, whether I should run away or let the god play his card and play along with him. With a lot of discussions in mind I went with the last option. Any way I don't have a choice they bought me from my parents, more specifically they protected me from my parents and I have to do this. I am taking this decision.

I know, I wont be getting any sort of gift like any other bride would,  any sort of goodbye from her family,  any sort of happy tears. I am new in this space. I am afraid by many people for something I don't have done. So I am a different bride.

And I always loved when people give me gifts. It's not that I don't have anything, but I just love things like that. I always loved when people gave me gifts, even if it is a small gift.

Firstly I have church wedding, a wedding were my father will have to hold my hand and walk, happily I don't have one now to hold me to the stage. You should note the sarcasm.

I have been patiently waiting for someone to give me a hint to walk to the aisle, but none came. I have been waiting here with Alexa who gave me full support, confidence and the love. Practically everything that I needed now. I have got ready like a Christian bride. Hopefully a beautiful one.

A knock bought me back from my thoughts. I know it must be someone here telling me to walk to the aisle.

''Van it is time to go'' Justin's deep voice held me off guard and I immediately flinched. I looked at him. His eyes were soft.

He came forward and sat next to me, slowly taking my hands into his large hands and massaging my knuckles to soothe me.

"Hey, I will not hurt you. I am here to take you to the aisle" he told me and made me stand.

"You are safe with me, with us" he told me with a soft grin. More like he is trying to make a small grin.

"Ok" I breathed out.

The next thing I remember is him walking me to the aisle and people looking at me, not a glare but a respectful cold face, which I have never seen before.

After reaching the aisle, he slowly gave my hand to Alex and whispered something in his ear, making him visibly nod to his elder brother. Alex grinned at me and I looked his back to see my new soon to be family members, my in-laws. Some of them giving me supportive smile, some of them giving me an all the best nod, one of them visibly glaring me to death, you must probably know him.

I don't even know what the priest were saying, I just remember me saying an 'I do'. And him kissing my lips slowly, his both hands in my cheeks. Later I was introduced to some of his friends and families, like cousins and uncles, aunties. They were all giving me a nod of respect and nothing else.
