Justin POV

I did not know that something was not right with Van until Alexa pointed it out. Everything seems fine with Van, I couldn't find out that something was not right with Van. How could I miss it. It was right in front of me..

I walked to Tom's bedroom, he is the one who catches people when they started to play abnormal, in the sense that it seems like something is wrong with them. Tom was looking out, watching the garden.

"Did you find something off about her?" I asked him. And I am damn sure he was thinking about Van, by seeing him looking at the garden. Because she is the only one who watches and takes care of garden, not even Alexa takes care of it.

He turned towards me, and he looked pissed.

"why isn't she not believing in us?" he asked me. It took me taken aback.

"why can't she open up things with us?"

"It is not easy with someone who has a background of such a drastic past to believe and trust people so fast. so give her time" i patted his back.

"but she doesn't have to suffer it alone". he is about to blast.

I squeezed his shoulder by saying that "she knows where to come at adverse"... He looked at me and nodded his head.

I could not talk to Alex about it, because he went early today, it is his OP day today..

I walked towards my cabin and saw my interns waiting for me. I only take two interns a year. They were not looking at me, I know they might have did something wrong.

"A case of emergency delivery, they were so scared and they told me they felt awkward to look at a woman's private part" my nurse told me. She has been with me for many years and still she is like a little sister to me.

I walked towards them and told them "you can take your punishment letter from the manager". Before they could protest and save their space, I walked to my cabin.

Seems like I have a lot of patients today.

"sir, an emergency delivery has occurred and we need your help." my nurse Sarah told me.

"How much is the dilation?"

"8cm sir" she told me. I nodded and stood up fast and walked towards the labor room. I could hear her crying while I am scrubbing in.

"Now deep breath .... and.... push with all your energy...." I told her while keeping the pace of the baby coming out...

"Good just like that... push again" she was a crying mess, but a cooperative one. I don't know. may be she is scared of my big tattoo..

I handed over the baby to the nurse, not before cutting the umbilical code and the after process of delivery is done too.

After that I talked to the relatives of the patient. And the whole family was happy to hear the news, They were celebrating, just like how we celebrated when Alexa came to our lives, I still remember that day.

I walked again to my cabin and my inters were fighting with each other, blaming each other.

"Both of you stop right now or the consequences will not be a good one for both of you" I told them. Barking like two dogs.

"And both you are fired, collect your letters from your manager, do not even think of coming here" ...

I sat on my chair. I had got to check many girls today than I thought. Why are they not even taking care of them? They should be careful more. After sometime, I heard a commotion from outside. At first, I thought to ignore it, but then I heard familiar voice. I have heard this sound before.
