Our First Night out

Taylor's Pov:

Before I knew it, it was already Wednesday and I was looking forward in going out to Dinner with Travis. It  had had been awhile since I had been on any Dates and going out with Matty Healy didn't count since we never really became anything. The last time I had been in a real serious relationship had been with Joe.

Looking in my huge walk in Closet I kept going through my Dresses trying to find something perfect to wear. I had no idea what Travis liked for his Woman to wear since I never really asked. Looking at my Dresses I had decided to wear something Simple but Elegant. I chose a Black Sequin Mini Dress that was Strapless and showed off my shoulders.

Then I tried to figure out how to fix my Hair I thought about doing a fancy French Twist but then I decided to just let my hair down and decided to not use a straightener. Lucky for me today my natural curls was on full display so I literally didn't have to do anything to the hair except lightly brush it. Then afterwards I applied some Makeup. Some Foundation, Mascara, and some Blush and lipgloss. Normally I always go for a classic Ruby Red Shade but tonight I decided to use a Nude color.

My Friends kept telling me that I needed to get back into Dating and having fun. They kept telling me they hated seeing me being so sad and the only thing I've been doing is going to the Studio and working long hours on my Music and Songwriting. In the Studio I had been working on the Re-Recordings and on top of that working on a possible new Album for 2024.

They were right I barely made any time for myself and rarely had any fun unless I went out with my Squad for several Nights during the week. My Friends practically had to drag me to places so that I could have some fun and quality Girl time with them. I am thankful and lucky to have a group of such close Besties they are always looking out for me.

It was close to 6 so I chose a pair of low-heeled Black Sequined Dress Shoes to wear with my outfit and sprayed some of my favorite perfume on. I had chosen Vanilla Musk. Soon I grabbed my Phone and matching Black purse then grabbed my light grey fur coat to wear for the Date.

At 6, I heard the Doorbell ring. That was probably Travis I hoped he didn't have trouble finding the Apartment. I opened the Door smiling at him and welcoming him in. He held a Bouquet of Flowers he was dressed in Black pants and had on a Black Jacket and wore a Grey Shirt. He looked even more handsome in person and whatever kind of Cologne he was wearing it smelled so good on him. Travis stood in front me you could tell that he was taller than me and I always thought I was the tallest person.

"You have a really awesome Apartment. I have always wondered what these Apartments look like on the inside. Been riding past these Apartments plenty of times but never been in one until now. I'm surprised that your living in the City when you strike me as the type that would live outside of the City in a big Mansion".

I chuckled at his comment and accepted the Flowers which is a Dozen Roses and placed them in a Vase with Water on the Kitchen Table. " Well, usually when I'm in New York, most of the time it's just me by myself so living in a Apartment just makes much more sense."

He smiled back nodding that he understood. "let's go ahead and get going. I have a Table reserved at the most Fanciest Italian Restaurant and I'm hoping you'll love it". Travis had followed some of Taylor's Friends and asked them what Restaurants would she like because he had no clue.

"Italian Restaurant? Now that sounds Interesting because I love Italian Food". I said smiling at Travis. He drove us in his Car to the Italian Restaurant and when we were seated at a Private Table, we looked at the Menu trying to decide what to get. "I think I'll have they're Spinach and Four Cheese Lasagna with they're Bread sticks and Salad".

Travis looked over at me "That sounds Delicious I think I'll get the same thing since I happen to love Lasagna to. You should let me Cook for you some Nights I can make really tasty Meals almost Restaurant Quality".

Taylor smiled hearing that he wanted to keep seeing her even after tonight "You mean you have the time to Cook?I didn't know Football Players can Cook". She teased him but is also flirting "I would like that actually.Itll be interesting to see what you can make".

We spent the Evening just like that with a pleasant conversation and just getting to know each other better. I found out that he attended a Show in Kansas and Travis mentioned about how I put on an amazing Show. We enjoyed each other's company that entire Evening.
