- start episode 5 -

dawn woke up to gyuvin kissing his forehead, dawn was in shock. he didn't believe his eyes as he jumped up, gyuvin laughed at him as he helped dawn pack so they could leave to head back to the dorms. dawn did not speak at all as he was already going insane from the thoughts of gyuvin but what he did was next level crazy.

dawn was suddenly asked with the most random question again just like yesterday when he asked if he wanted kids, gyuvin was really random.

"are you dating anyone right now??"

"no, never. no one's liked me before." dawn laughed awkwardly as dawn asked the same question back to gyuvin hoping that he's single, he didn't know why he was so hopeful.

" right now i like this girl.." dawns heart shattered, fuck gyuvin was straight. why did he even have hope that gyuvin knew was gay or at least interested in guys but when he said he wasn't interested in guys, that hurt dawn a lot.

dawn was more silent than usual especially during the car ride as he didn't know what to say, gyuvin didn't even know why as he wanted to say something but his own dad stopped him seeing the tension right now. as they arrived, dawn didn't even have the mindset to even speak to gyuvin so he just stood beside him as they walked to their dorms to place their belongings.

he was that hurt that he just walked away from him as he decided to look for any of his other friends, that's when he ran into woongki noticing the sudden expression change of his.

"you okay?" woongki asked as he sat down dawn as seowon came over wondering what was wrong, these two were really sweet when it came to situations like this and they were able to cheer you up immediately.

"i think i like someone.." dawn started as tears started forming as people were walking past him wondering what was wrong, but they didn't want to say something as they were scared to see what he was going to say to them.

"but they're straight. they've been so nice and treat us like we're a couple, so hearing that really hurt me since they had helped me out since day one." woongki and seowon knew who this person was but pretended not to know just for the sake of it, rumours had spread that gyuvin and dawn were dating but no one said nothing.

"honestly. in situations like this, i think you should talk it out once you're ready because do you really know how he feels deep down and if he did like you, he'd most likely hide it perhaps because hes afraid too." woongki said as seowon added on how dawn shouldn't be afraid to express his feelings.

the thing about dawn is that he was quite sensitive and cries really easily, but that wasn't his fault as he was always a mumma's boy. suddenly, everyone was now rushing each other to get dressed for the elimination ceremony, dawn was now being dragged by his two friends that gave him advice.

"dawn, hurry up and put this on!" seowon said as woongki helped him get dressed, they decided from this moment on that they were going to their best to protect dawn from any negative thoughts and energy.

as dawn waited for his older hyungs to get prepared, he realised that when gyuvin told him when he dated a girl during the time he was still young so maybe he still didn't know he liked guys so perhaps gyuvin was bi? dawn was making up scenarios in his head but he felt so bad for full on ignoring gyuvin when all gyuvin had done for him was be nice.

dawn realised that it was finally time to head backstage but that's when it hit him. earlier before the elimination ceremony like days ago, they were asked to pair up with someone and that person would walk with you to the ceremony and dawn remembered he had chosen gyuvin. this was awkward...
