"that must have been a fun day.. but moving on we have the rap & dance left, who will move on to the next round?" the star master said as dawn watched them move to the podium, dawn tried staying positive even if he knew that he was eliminated and going home.

"han yujin!" dawn yelled as he noticed the worried face on yujin, everyone turned around while yujin gave dawn a naughty smirk which gave him a boost of confidence. dawn was definitely worried as no one was confirmed to stay to the next round unless your name was already called out.

the highest rank from rap & dance was rank 12, that was definitely impressive but who could it be? compared to their ranks from the last survival announcement, they have gotten a higher rank so this could be anyone.. to narrow it down they had won the benefits. there were two names that everyone was throwing around, park hanbin and kum junhyeon.

"park hanbin!" dawn did not believe his ears, he was shocked to see the amount of ranks he had climbed up just in a few weeks but yes he did deserve it. dawn had seen his hard work every time he walked past him, he was either stressing out about the formations or the lyrics.

the next rank as 13th, dawn was praying it was ricky or takuto. perhaps there was a chance it was either one of them since whoever ranked 13th was apart of g group and another hint was that they performed a song by a group from sm. dawn immediately thought of ricky until he remembered haruto performed a song by nct dream...

"ricky!" dawn stood up and immediately cheered, he was so proud of ricky. he was definitely going through a lot especially with the amount of evil editing he had been experiencing, the funny thing is he knows the camera is always going towards him either for his looks or just to evil edit him.

the next rank was rank 15... the trainee had achieved all stars or three stars.. now it was haruto for sure! dawn was confident but at the same time he realised it could also be wang zi hao who had been gaining some popularity over the last weeks.

"haruto!" dawn was shocked but at the same time so proud of haruto! he clapped loudly just to get haruto's attention but guess what... haruto was too emotional to even hear it.

"so deaf..." dawn whispered to gyuvin who laughed, but deep down gyuvin was hiding his biggest fear. losing dawn, he knew as the numbers of chairs decreased that the person who he truly loved was about to slip away from him just by a name call.

the next rank dropped to rank 18... but at this point dawn was starting to lose his concentration so to cute it. he just talked to jiwoong.. as they talked dawn didn't even realise that wang zi hao, na kamden, lee seunghwan and park jeongyeon were announced as the next survivors...

"if you don't mind me asking... there's definitely something going on between you and gyuvin?" jiwoong whispered just so no one else could hear but dawn gasped quite loudly when he heard that come out of his mouth. this got the attention of those around him including gyuvin who had curious eyes but jiwoong dismissed the concerns of those who asked what was wrong.

"i thought you knew?" dawn whispered back... jiwoong assumed they were together but was never really sure whether to ask or not. either way, he was hoping to get a crystal clear answer from either dawn or gyuvin one day.

ollie, takuto and hiroto was now announced as the 24th, 26th and 27th.. this gave the trainees enough time to take a rest as they've been sitting down for some time.

the cameras stopped rolling and they were now free to just talk to those around them for the time being. they weren't allowed to get out of their spots but to just remain in them, luckily dawn was around gyuvin so that was okay with him.

"hey, dawn?" gyuvin quietly said as he looked quite serious and upset at the same time.

"i love you a lot and im scared that if you do end up being eliminated... which you won't but there's always a chance. i just want you to promise me that you'll never leave my side.." gyuvin asked holding his pinky finger waiting for for dawn's response.

"i promise!" dawn said making a pinky promise with gyuvin to strengthen their relationship.... but what was up next could change their relationship.
