day before dawn's elimination

dawn took a deep breath as he knew what the day tomorrow would have for him, it was potentially his last day before the eliminations. if only he worked harder and didn't have that stupid injury then maybe he would have been staying here longer and maybe even debut as one of the nine.

with teary eyes he's been holding in, he wiped them with white blanket that's been provided for them. it was currently 7am and most of the trainees were asleep as they were cherishing the moments where they could finally have some rest but all dawn could think about is what happens after he gets eliminated?

gyuvin's family has been nice enough to allow dawn to stay at his place anytime but it didn't seem right. he knew that he wasn't able to join another company as his company he's currently in is quite strict so he would need to do his best to persuade them to leave, but dawn didn't have the courage to even do it.

"dawn?" gyuvin quietly called out as dawn realised gyuvin was now up, dawn was able to see the outline of gyuvin's upper half as gyuvin now made his way over to dawn's bed.

"are you okay?" gyuvin whispered to dawn's ears as if he could tell dawn really was out of it for the last few days. dawn stayed silent for a few seconds as he really didn't know how to answer it meanwhile gyuvin stayed close by and even allowed himself to enter the blankets with dawn in them.

"no." dawn said as he cried into gyuvin's chest, lately dawn feels like he's been able to express his feelings and really just be himself. gyuvin knew deep down that dawn was still probably hurt from all the comments he received during the time he got hate for some unnecessary stuff.

"my rank has dropped a lot and hearing people talk about it hurts a lot. i know they don't mean any harm but i was literally second, now i'm in the thirties. it would take a miracle for me to survive, gyuvin debut for me." gyuvin felt like tearing up when he heard this but held it in as he had to stay strong for dawn.

"no, you're going to debut with me! you and the yuehuas are the only reason why im here." gyuvin wiped dawn's tears as jiwoong was awake the whole time hearing their conversation and smiling at the lovebirds in the room.

"let's get up and go to the others." gyuvin suggested as dawn got up and waited for gyuvin, dawn looked up to see the six foot tall idiot who's fallen in love with the short trainee. gyuvin went infront of dawn as they walked together to the room where the yuehuas mainly stayed.

"the lovebirds are here!" ricky called out as soon as the door opened, dawn rolled his eyes as gyuvin yelled at ricky in a joking way. dawn sat beside hao and yujin, they were all discussing the plans for today as they were all getting ready to hang out.

"id like to stay here if that's okay.." dawn quietly said, the others could hear him but they didn't want him to be all alone so just for him they decided to stay here even if they wanted to go out. dawn didn't like this as he hated when people would do stuff for him and told them to go out and have fun.

"dawn, we're a family and you're apart of us. we're gonna stay with you." hao said as he held out his hands, dawn felt so safe with them right now as they all stared at him with love.

"i think we should play another round of truth or dare!" ollie suddenly suggested as everyone agreed, it was clear that the others all had the same question ready for dawn and gyuvin but they had to be careful not to ask straight away. dawn didn't really want to play but seeing how everyone looked excited, he decided to play.

"truth or dare, dawn!" yujin started off by asking dawn who was shocked to be the first person to be asked, dawn chose truth as he always told the truth and he hated dare since he got embarrassed really easily.
