time after m countdown

dawn finally arrived from m countdown, he wasn't given time to talk to his members at all as they were immediately rushed in and taken in to get their make up and hair done. he didn't actually expected them to be done this quickly but he assumed that maybe there was a time schedule to follow.

as soon as he headed back to his room, he was faced with a bunch of questions from other trainees such as takuto on what it was like to be on m countdown.

"dawn hyung, how many cameras were there?"

"was it even fun?"

"how many fans were there?"

dawn chuckled and told takuto to sit down, dawn loved takuto he was so adorable and he was one of the people who he honestly felt like he could look after if he had a child. see, dawn didn't like kids but if he had a child like takuto, he wouldn't be so mad and probably keep the child.

"honestly, it was fun but quite stressful. i felt really rushed there and it was way too early for it so i really regret going." takuto laughed at dawn's tired expression as he laid down on the bed, that's when dawn could hear the voices of gyuvin and jiwoong coming in.

takuto was about to leave and dawn asked him to stay as he shouldn't be afraid to go, takuto stayed as he honestly loved dawn a lot. gyuvin came in to the room laughing as both dawn and takuto looked at each other with a weird expression as jiwoong seemed to be holding in his laugh.

"what is it?" dawn asked quite confused as both jiwoong and gyuvin asked dawn to follow them, dawn held out his hands to takuto to signal him to walk with him. as they followed the two of them, dawn was confused when all of a sudden yujin and ollie came running to dawn.

they had missed dawn a lot, so they hugged dawn tightly. that was when gyuvin showed dawn this old video of him from 2018-2020 which had been resurfacing around the internet, everyone found it so cute how dawn was on the internet ever since he was young.

"how old were you there?!" gyuvin laughed so hard as dawn snatched the ipad off him and looked at the video, that's when he realised that someone must have seen his old tiktok account which he used to post on. dawn felt so embarrassed that he laughed so hard at the comments when he saw it.

"i was around 15?" everyone was shocked as dawn had such a baby face and he looked really young for a 15 year old. the others got closer to see what gyuvin and dawn were looking at, even takuto was trying his best to hold in his laugh.

"dawn hyung! you've always looked so good, i can't believe that you were able to have somewhat of a childhood!" ollie said as the others agreed but that was far from right, the yuehuas didn't really know dawn's situation and maybe it was time for them to know even takuto and jiwoong deserved to know.

right now they were in one of the rooms so dawn quietly closed the door as everyone were confused on why he had done this, dawn asked everyone to listen as he had to tell them something that he's been holding in for a while as they all deserved to know this.

"actually, that's far from right. i never had a childhood, see both my parents came from a wealthy background but my grandparents hated the fact that they were dating someone from another country so they disowned them and left them with no money even though my mum was pregnant with me." they were all shocked to hear this but were even more shocked when dawn had more to say.

"this left me no choice but at such a young age, i was forced to earn money for my family. back then, all i wanted to be was famous so i tried my luck on social media but it didn't work out. i wanted to be happy but that never really happened since i was forced to do well for my parents." dawn now had teary eyes and no one has ever seen this side of him as he's always had a strong face this whole time.

"so i tried my luck in being a kpop idol, sadly for me i had to stay there for five years waiting for a chance and finally they let me join boys planet. five years of waiting was hard but this was what i wanted, my parents didn't really support my decision. but they saw how much i loved this.. and they finally accepted it." dawn smiled at the last part when his tears started dropping.

"why am i crying?" dawn laughed as he said this as the others all hugged him, they couldn't believe how someone as nice and sweet like dawn could struggle this much.

"thanks for telling us, i can't believe you went through all of this but we're here for you dawn." seungeon said as he hugged dawn tightly, ricky did the same but he looked like he wanted to tear up as well.

jiwoong was just memorised at dawn's strength in holding all of that in, that's when suddenly someone asked if gyuvin knew all along. dawn smiled and confirmed that gyuvin was the only one who knew, now the others were definitely sure that they've been dating ever since the show started.

"dawn hyung, did you know that gyuvin called you cute as soon as you came in on the first day?" yujin suddenly said which made gyuvin chase yujin, then yujin realised that he said something he shouldn't have said.

"dawn.. i'm sorry but the yuehuas have a schedule for something tonight so we have to go. we'll see you later tonight." hao said as the others walked off, gyuvin gave dawn a reassuring smile as dawn walked to the cafeteria all alone for once.

people also noticed that dawn was all alone, that was when seowon and woongki called for dawn to sit with them. dawn immediately brightened up and walked to them with his food, they immediately dragged him down and asked if there has been any drama lately.

"gyuvin is straight.." dawn said as both woongki and seowon were both in denial, there was no way that was true especially since everyone had seen what gyuvin would do for dawn such as carry him all the time or give him extra slices of good or the time when he would stay up late just for dawn.

"but he said that he likes me, and that im the only guy that made him feel this way." immediately both seowon and woongki brightened up hearing this, they were cheering knowing that their ship between them was about to start.

"so, everyone has been shipping the two of you ever since the signal song test. i just want to let you know since apparently you didn't know." woongki told dawn, he couldn't believe his ears was it that noticeable?!

"also, practise during love killa. that was so noticeable, i pretended not to notice anything going on between you two so did matthew and jiwoong but it was quite hard to not stare at you guys sometimes and wonder what you two were doing!" seowon said as woongki laughed his ass off.

"don't be ashamed, it was about time you got a boyfriend. wait is this your first time ever getting with someone?" woongki suddenly asked.

"yes..." the two of them were in shocked.

"you're lying?! i thought of you as someone who would have been with multiple guys, well i mean older men would definitely like you." woongki said as dawn looked at him in shock. dawn then asked what he meant by that.

"well, the thing is you're quite young looking and you're really cute. so when you were younger or a minor, has anyone ever said to you that they would wait for you when you turn 18?" dawn said yes as multiple time older men would go up to him and ask for his age, he was around 17 during this time. and whenever they found out, they would give dawn their phone number and tell him to contact them when he turns 18.

"oh.. yeah" dawn told them everything about how older guys would always ask him out, they honestly felt bad as dawn was vulnerable since he was so innocent and didn't know much about life since he was so pure and soft.

"i have an idea!" seowon suddenly said as woongki seemed to also have an idea.

"we can be your dads!" they both said at the same time as dawn agreed.

"i'm tired, carry me to my bed!" they rolled their eyes as they worked together to carry dawn, they weren't the best at carrying people but at least they had each other. when they were half way to their destination, they dropped dawn from tiredness.

"you could have killed me! i disown you as my dads!" dawn laughed as he was on the floor, the three of them laughed until they realised what time it was...
