Later, everone had arrived at the Yard where they found that there were lots of Rhyhorn as far as the Eye could see! The Rhyhorn Keeper told Ash and his Friends to pick a Rhyhorn for the Race Tomorrow!
Rhyhorn Keeper: Choose your Rhyhorn for the Race from these right here!
Ash: Cool!
Pikachu: Pika!
Rhyhorn Keeper: Go ahead and pick any Rhyhorn that interests you!
Ash: You mean, I can really choose my own?
Rhyhorn Keeper: Sure!
As Mairin watched Alain; who was still in his troubled state, Officer Jenny bid her Farewells to the others!
Ash: Hmm...
Pikachu: Pika!
Alain: Hmm...
Mairin: Hmm...
Officer Jenny: Well, I need to get back to Work!
Pikachu: Pika?
Ash: Huh?
Officer Jenny: Have a Great Race, Ash, Mairin, and Alain!
Ash and Mairin both nodded at that, as the Two Trainers wondered which one to choose!
Ash: I will!
Mairin: Thanks for everything, Officer Jenny!
Ash: Wonder which one I should choose...
Mairin: Each one of them is so Cute!
But as Ash began to walk behind one of the Rhyhorn, Alain snapped out of his Daze and told his Friend along with Serena not to do that, explaining that a Rhyhorn might begin to Panic and then run if it's approached from behind!
Alain: Huh? Ash, wait!
Ash and Mairin: Huh?
Serena: Alain's right, don't do that! If you approach a Rhyhorn from Behind, it might begin to Panic and then Run! Do this...
Gently but slowly, both Alain and Serena came in from the front and moved towards the Two Frightened Rhyhorn, before telling them that it was okay!
Alain: Come in from the front and move very slowly...
Serena: There, there, it's okay...
Ash and the others were amazed at that before both Ash and Mairin picked their Rhyhorns along with Alain!
Rhyhorn: Rhy...
Alain: See?
Ash: Wow...
Mairin: Amazing...
Chespie: Ches!
Pikachu: Pika!
Serena: Now this Rhyhorn seems to be Gentle and really Smart...
Alain: (Laughs)
Serena: (Giggles)
Rhyhorn: Rhy...
Ash: Sounds good... Then I choose you!
Alain: And I'll choose this one!
Mairin: Same here with this one!
Ash: Nice to meet you Rhyhorn!
Rhyhorn: Rhyhorn!
Clemont was impressed by both Serena and Alain's Ability to handle Rhyhorns, as they both revealed their Motheres were Rhyhorn Racers and taught them how to handle them from the time they were little...
Clemont: Wow, I'm impressed! Serena, you and Alain are both so good at handling Rhyhorn!
Alain: Thank you!
Serena: See, the Truth is my Mother was a Rhyhorn Racer and so she made sure I knew how to handle them from the time I was a little Girl!
Alain: Yeah, me too!
Both Ash and Mairin were amazed at that, while Bonnie asked if Serena wanted to be a Rhyhorn Racer too!
Ash: Whoa!
Mairin: Huh...
Bonnie: Does that mean you wanna be a Rhyhorn Racer too, Serena?
Serena then revealed that while Rhyhorn Racing was fine, the Young wonders if there might be something she might like to do even more, so she hasn't made any Decision just yet!
Serena: Well... Rhyhorn Racing is fine, but I wonder... There may be something I might like to do even more! So I haven't made any Decision just yet...
Ash, Mairin, Chespie, and Pikachu were all shocked at that while Clemont knew that it sounded like to him that Serena wanted to find her own Path!
Ash and Mairin: Huh?
Chespie: Ches?
Pikachu: Pi?
Clemont: I'd say it sounds like you want to find your own Path!
Serena nodded yes, before she asked Alain about his Plans for his Future as a Pokemon Trainer!
Serena: Hmm-Hmm! So, what about you, Alain? What are your Plans?
Seeing that Alain was still conflicted with Fears about Mega Evolution and his Nightmares of his Mentor being in Danger, both Mairin and Ash quickly covered up for him by asking both him and Serena if they could teach them the Basics like the rules and how to ride!
Alain: Uh...
Ash: Hey, Serena? Since you Two know so much about Rhyhorn Racing...
Mairin: Do you think both you and Alain could teach us some of the Basics like the Rules and how to ride?
Both Alain and Serena were shocked at that; as both Mairin and Ash pleaded with them, as Clemont knew that it was a good idea since they didn't know the first thing about Rhyhorn Racing at all!
Alain: You mean us?
Serena: You wanna enter, too?
Ash: Yeah!
Mairin: Please?
Serena and Alain: Uh...
Rhyhorn: Rhy...
Clemont: You both have so much Experience, it would really be a big help... We don't really know anything at all!
Bonnie agreed, knowing that both Serena and Alain were the Experts!
Bonnie: Please, you guys? You're the experts!
Alain shrugged at Serena, he doesn't see why not! But as Serena agrees, he winks at both Mairin and Ash, thanking his Two Friends fo covering up for him about his Past with the Professor!
Serena: Well, I guess so!
Alain: Oh... I don't see why not! (Winks at Ash and Mairin, thanking them both for covering up about his Past with the Professor!)
Mairin: Yay!
Ash: Alright!
But little did they know; that Team Rocket had been spying on Ash and the others again after following them, and were already hatching another Plan to try and steal not just Pikachu, Chespie, and Charmander, but also all of the Rhyhorn by sabotaging the Race Tomorrow!
Jessie: The Twerps, Chespie, Charmander, and Pikachu... We've been looking for those Six!
James: And they've got Rhyhorn Racing on the Brain...
Meowth: When you've got a Rhyhorn, you've got something!
Wobbuffet: Wobbuffet!
Jessie: They've got Power to spare, and reeling in a Rhyhorn, Pikachu, Chespie, and Charmander is sure to earn us the Boss's Seal of Approval!
James: Grade A...
Meowth: Yeah... So let's catch 'em, whadaaya say?
