Chapter 43

Third person's POV

When Yoongi got a call from Jungkook that he was shot, he didn't even had time to think or be sad, he just yelled to Namjoon and Taehyung that they have to hurry and that Jungkook was shot. He didn't give them much details, because he himself doesn't know what happened. Now all three of them are in the car, Yoongi driving fastly through the streets of New York.

All three of them were scared, and the fact that bugged them who would have had the guts to shoot "the Jeon Jungkook", and one more thing that surprised them was that how Jungkook could've been shot. Jungkook who observes everything, who knows every move of his enemies, Jungkook who is the strongest and the most calculated mafia boss in the world.

"How did this happened? Jungkook, shot? Are you freaking kidding me?" Taehyung said loudly, he was very angry and afraid at the same time. 

"I don't know, Taehyung. I don't know. The only way that someone could get through Jungkook, is that Jungkook was distracted. Something happened between him and Jimin. He just stormed off from the apartment, the last time I saw him like that, lost, angry was when Jimin was killed." Namjoon said. 

"You're right, Namjoon. Let's just focus on finding Jungkook, he said he was here somewhere." Yoongi said, now slowing down the car, he has reached the destination that Jungkook told him. 

"LOOK, THERE IT IS. HIS CAR." Taehyung screamed, and Yoongi stopped the car. All three of them rushed out of the car towards Jungkook's car. Yoongi quickly opened the door from the driver's side, and when he opened there was a heartbreaking scene to see. Jungkook losing his blood, slightly conscious. Taehyung opened the door from the passenger seat. 

"Taehyung, hold the pressure. We have to quickly get him to the car, come on help me. Namjoon, here are the keys. You're driving. Come on faster, faster." Yoongi said, and Namjoon rushed towards the car, while Yoongi and Taehyung were holding Jungkook from both sides to carry him towards the car. 

"We need a hospital. Drive fast." Yoongi tells Namjoon once he starts the car. All three of them are on the verge of a breakdown, but now they have to focus on applying pressure to Jungkook's wound, while Namjoon only looks straight focusing on getting to the hospital fastly. Jungkook is becoming weaker by a second, but he still is staying strong, trying to keep his eyes open. 

"Where is Jimin?" Jungkook asks mumbling, that three of them think it's just because of lack of blood. 

"We don't know, but we'll call him, first we have to get you to the hospital." Taehyung said. 

"He won't answer. He is so angry at me. He hates me." Jungkook says, and makes Taehyung, Yoongi and Namjoon surprised. 

"No, he doesn't. He loves you." Yoongi says. 

"Does he?" Jungkook asks so softly and innocently like a little kid and Taehyung and Yoongi nod, they are on the verge of crying. They can't lose Jungkook, they can't. Them four were always together, and ever since their parents died, they just couldn't lose each other, it would break them in pieces. 

"Yoongi hyung, don't cry. Please." Jungkook says looking at Yoongi, who looks back and it only makes Yoongi sadder, along with Taehyung and Namjoon. 

"Don't talk. You gotta save energy." Yoongi said. 

 Taehyung tries to breathe through his sobs, but it's hard when Jungkook gives them a small smile. 

Why is he smiling, when he was just shot? When he's dying.

"You're gonna be okay, right? Don't you dare die." Taehyung says, while Jungkook nods, but his face is getting paler by the second. 

While Taehyung and Yoongi were trying to keep him alive, Jungkook was thinking how he was a curse. Everybody that Jungkook ever loved was dead, he thinks how maybe it would be better that he's gone. Just knowing that his friends and Jimin are breathing somewhere, anywhere is enough happiness for Jungkook. But than he looks at his friends, their sad expression and love on their faces. Than Jimin's face appears on his mind, their every moment they shared, every kiss, laugh and lastly the hurt expression on Jimin's face. Maybe it's better that Jimin is far away as possible from Jungkook, because if something would've happened to Jimin, his heart would've just stopped.
