Meereen

He sat on a comfy chair as his armor was being removed. The moment they began removing, stress and pressure ebbed away. It was uncomfortable the entire time. Always a painful pressure around his stomach, and it was a relief finally he got rid of it.

As he sat in the room on the bottom floor of the Pyramid, he thought of the next steps. It would be a good while before they could move on. They won. Their enemies had no teeth anymore. These were the last days where they could resist them. And they failed. His gaze went up when the last part of the armor was removed as the door opened.

"Your Grace," Missandei said as she approached him. He looked up at her, a soft smile on his face as he let a deep sigh leave him.

"What news?"

"Good news, my King," Missandei continued as she smiled. Jaehaerys raised an eyebrow of curiosity. She stepped to the side, revealing Daenerys in the doorframe.

Jaehaerys jumped to his feet, making one servant jump out of his way as he marched to Dany. His arms, within seconds, were around her neck to bring her close for a kiss. Dany hummed as she smiled through the kiss, her hands through the silver beard and hair.

"My... love..." Dany said with a pleased chuckle as they couldn't stop the kiss from continuing. Jaehaerys glanced behind him to the servants waiting to help in any matter.

"Leave us, please."

They did not have to be told twice; quickly they removed themselves from the room. Dany smiled as she let her hands settle around his waist. Her touch felt possessive as she held him close. While she let her head rest against his chest, she gazed up at him with her smile seemingly growing brighter.

"You look happy," Jaehaerys said, wobbling deep into the room with Daenerys giggling as she continued to hold him. They were so absorbed with each other that Jaehaerys failed to notice Jeyne in the room.

"I am," she said warmly, snuggling a little closer. "The weather kept me away from you yet only due to me carrying another child, my love. I can't risk falling off the dragon with such a precious life."

"Truly, you're a magical woman, Dany."

"Hmm, perhaps," Daenerys chuckled, letting herself fill with warmth as she was held tenderly. "But there are things we need to discuss. Important matters concerning us three."

Jaehaerys looked up to Jeyne, who stood a small distance away. Her red robes with silver lining draped over her body. He knew it concerned her. Baelor may not have said so specifically. Daenerys promised Jeyne that she could marry him as a second wife.

He will admit; Jeyne is beautiful and loyal. In ways she is similar to Dany yet with differences as well. Unlike Dany, Jeyne is bad-tempered and willful. One would be very sorry to face her when she is in a bad mood. Yet he couldn't say he or Dany were ever on the receiving end.

"Jeyne, I suspect I know what has been promised to you," Jaehaerys said, gesturing for her to come and join them. Dany watched the two carefully. Admittedly, she is a bit worried how Jaehaerys thinks about it. Daenerys herself is not against it. She likes the woman, perhaps even loves her in due time.

"My love..." Dany said softly yet Jaeh raised one hand to shush her. Not in a harsh way but definitely to speak with Jeyne without influencing Jeyne's decisions.
