Daenerys sat with her handmaidens in her tent. Another failed day of convincing the stubborn husband. One she increasingly becomes fed up with. The one that bought her. If it wasn't for her son, she would have gone away with Jaehaerys if she wasn't carrying Drogo's child.

This time it was Jaehaery that stayed away from her. He kept himself busy with Baelor and Jorah who were talking about Westeros and kingship. At least he will know what to do as she had to learn on her own about what a Khaleesi is and does.

"You seem troubled, Khaleesi," Irri says as she combs her hair. Daenerys sighs deeply as she nods.

"I am troubled. The Khal does not listen to what I am saying and... I do not know what heals a broken heart," Daenerys asks.

"Broken heart?" Doreah asked curiously, "The Prince?"

"Jaehaerys, yes, he suffers terribly from a broken heart. I want him moving on but I am uncertain as to how I should fix it."

"You'll never get over your first love, Khaleesi," Irri says as she prepares new clothes for the night.

"It is known," Jhiqui says nodding.

"It can be lessened, though," Doreah chimes in while humming as the comb goes through silver hair. "Lessened in what way?" Daenerys asks.

"Other women, Khaleesi. Many in Lys often found their heart in less pain in the Pleasure Houses. I have seen them come often," Doreah answers with a soft smile.

"Could you... visit him tonight? Help him move on?"

"Of course, Khaleesi."

Daenerys looked at herself in the mirror as Doreah works on her hair. Is this the way? Would this fix what Jaehaerys feels? Doreah said many men did. Then she asked whether this was something she wants. Would she allow another woman to touch him? The answer is simple.

"Doreah, forget I mentioned it. Do not go to him."

"Why change your mind, Khaleesi? Will I not please the Prince?" Doreah asks.

"No woman could replace his first love," Daenerys answers, "You will only be sent back. Refused."

"What happened to his first love that made him not move on, Khaleesi?" Irri asked as she looks at her through the mirror.

"She was taken from him in a cruel way."

Jaehaerys sighs as he watches the many merchants. The large market houses merchants from all corners of the world. East meets west here. Men shout out their bargains and wares. Goats and animals are sold. Craftsman offer their services, and slaves are auctioned off. This place has most things the world could offer if not all.

'These men see more than any king or ruler would,' Jaehaerys thought as he watches the merchants, 'A shame that the world isn't so large, but for a few, it remains so small. Will my world be small too?'

"Anything that seems of interest to you, Your Grace?" Baelor asks as he walks with him.

"I liked to have some of these books and maps, but I have no coin under my name... Wait, that reminds me. The gold that melted of Viserys. How many coins would that earn me?"

"It was a lot of gold that was used to crown Viserys. I imagine it will earn you a heavy purse of coins. The Khal had plenty of treasures of gold and silver. It would seem he didn't care he wasted it on your brother," Jorah says.

"I imagine so. Well, it could be a start in creating a fund for our future war. We will sell it later. I have no use for gold on a burned wooden stick," Jaehaerys says as he turns to the man.
