Y-n pov

My face contorts as I take on my fifth shot. Or sixth shot? I'm not sure I had lost count after the third one.

"Fuck..." I whisper to myself. I could feel the alcohol coursing through my veins. I grab onto Felix's arm as I try and keep myself from closing my eyes. I could feel my body levitating.

"Let's do some Jagerbombs!" Farleigh suggest to the group, "Oliver, it's your turn mate." Oliver nervously chuckles, "I should probably get going already. I'm feeling a bit tired." Farleigh smirks at Oliver's lame excuse, "You can't snake your way out of a round, dear Oliver." Oliver quickly gets defensive at the accusation.

"I'm not."

"Really? it's seems like you are." Margo and Mason along with Evie start booing at Oliver.

I notice Oliver's jaw tightly clench down as Farleigh stares him down in a challenging manner. The tension thickens between the two boys.

"Fine. Fine, my round." Oliver doesn't back down. Everyone claps their hands as they watch him go up to the bar.

"Farleigh." Felix hisses, "What?" Farleigh bats his eyes at him, playing dumb.

"Just cut him a break, mate. That rounds going to cost him a fucking fortune." Farleigh shrugs at Felix, "I'm just following the pub rules, lex." Felix gives his cousin a dirty look. He flickers his attention over towards Oliver. We both watch as Oliver nervously looks at our table. He tightly holds onto his wallet.

"I should go see what's taking him so long." Felix pads my thigh. I let go of his arm letting him get up.

"Are you feeling ok, Y-n?" I nod my head down at Margo. "Yeah, I think I've just had enough." I look up checking the time on the clock.

2:45 a.m.

Crap.

"Thank you Ollie!" Felix returns with a platter of Jagerbombs." Everyone thanks Oliver. The boy simply smiles at their excitement.

"Felix?" Felix lowers his head down towards me to hear me better, "Walk me back my dorm?" I whisper into his ear, "Oh come on love. Let's do Oliver's round first." Felix hands me a drink. I push it back, "No I've had enough already. Come on Felix I have an early class tomorrow."

"Why don't you just skip it? Who cares."

"I do Felix. I care about school." Felix's smile is completely wiped from his face, "What is that suppose to mean?"

"Nothing."

"I care about school too you know." Felix raises his tone at me. I feel my mouth water. I tightly cling onto my seat trying to keep myself from throwing up.

"I never said you didn't."

"You insinuated." My head begins pounding due to Felix's petty behavior.

"No I didn't. Felix please—-"

"If you want to leave so badly then just leave." I'm in disbelief by his harsh words, "Are you serious? I'm drunk off my ass." he doesn't say anything, ignoring me. He  focuses his attention on Mason and his sports talk.

This was Felix's ugly side. The side no one ever saw nor ever questioned.

"Prick." I whisper underneath my breath. I hold onto the wall behind me as I try and get up from my seat. I wobble my way out of the pub. I cling onto my coat as I feel the freezing breeze hit me. I continue walking, until I feel my heel get stuck on something. I'm about to face plant onto the ground. I close my eyes getting ready for impact.
