"And what makes you think I'll believe you?", He might be right, knowing the fact that it was a just random slave hiding behind a veil. More over, if my observation to their instincts was correct, each one of them standing there looked shocked when they saw that girl.

And why would they put their lives on stake, when everything was going right?But, then again how come that girl, a mere slave could come wearing a princess's attire?

"You and your officials will be under house arrest, until further investigation. Till then,...",I turned and looked at my younger brother, who was attentively listening to his elder brother , "Yuvraj Ranvijay Pratap Singh!!", he immediately stood up.

"You will be the incharge here. This territory will be under control of Vijayratha kingdom, under my control and will be the new king, "Raja Ranvijay Pratap Singh."

After that I had few more discussions and dismissed the council. So that I can have a private conversation with Ratan Singh and Ranvijay about some important decisions.

As we entered the small private chamber, I ordered them to sit. "Take your seats."

"Bhaisa, don't you think we should host a big celebration?", I looked up through my lashes keeping my sword beside me.

"Why so?", "I am the new king of Ponear now. Don't I deserve a grand crowing ceremony?", a glare from me was enough to shut him down.

He is my brother and a great warrior and a very diplomatic yet impartial. But sometimes he behaves like a child. Considering that fact that he is 22 years old.

"Ratan bhai sa, why don't you say?", "I think Digvijay Rajasa is right. This is not the right time for hiding a celebration. We have enemies all around the palace. We cannot risk anyone's life at this point. Especially yours and Rajasa's."

For the next whole long night we discussed the strategies for defense and placing of guards and security as well as appointing new officials in the court.

I have to get things done by tomorrow. Vijayratha palace can't be left alone. Our enemies are waiting for one opportunity to attack it and I can't let that happen to my people.

As I was talking about, I saw Ranjijay and Ratan Singh were dozing off. Seeing them like this my lips curved in appreciation.

"No matter the situation, these two never let anything come in the way of me and the official works..I think they deserve a much needed sleep now."

"You both are dismissed!!", my tone was deep enough to scare them and high enough to make their minds attentive.

"Yes..yeesss...Rajasa.", both of them left the chamber rubbing their eyes and thanking their lucky stars.
