We had been at the studio for about three hours now, so it was 4:00. They had said about 13 times that they were almost finished, about an hour or so ago. I was currently sprawled out on one of the many comfortable brown couches they had in their studio. To say I was tired would be an understatement, being I didn't sleep at all last night or this morning. I had my left arm covering my face while I layed on my right side, facing away from everybody. My dad had just finished recording for the day, so I built up some courage to ask him a question.

"Hey dad?" I asked as I rolled over. He snapped his head towards me. "Can I go drive?" I inquired with a bit of hope. I was almost fifteen, so I already had my license and permit, but I had to have a licensed driver with me anyway. Sometimes he let's me drive with him, and those are the very few times we get along. Usually one of the other guys takes me.

"No. I'd like to spend some time with my girlfriend" he answered. I somewhat understood, but I was still upset.

"Corey, take her" Stephanie almost demanded. He sighed and shook his head, getting ready to stand before James spoke up.

"Its fine. I'll take her" he announced. My dad looked relieved, sadly. I still put on a smile and thanked Stephanie for trying. "Right kiddo let's go" he said while grabbing his keys and leading me out of the studio to his car he brought here. He unlocked the door and climbed in the passenger seat, me getting in the drivers side and starting the car.

"Thank you, so much" I thanked him while scooting my seat up so I could reach the pedals and adjusting the rearview mirror. He chuckled as I backed out of the lot and started off in the direction he wanted me to go.

"No need to thank me, Alex. I'm sorry your dad is so rude" he apologized, sounding sincere. "He does love you though, please don't doubt that. He just doesn't know how to adjust and how to approach you, knowing you dislike him a lot" he chuckled at the end while I made a right turn.

"Yeah that sure shows" I sighed. "I love him too, I just can't say it. It just seems like he never wanted me, so I can't find myself to confront him. I will admit, I don't love him like I did my mom, at least not yet. It would be amazing if I could be as happy as I'd like with him" I explained.

"I understand. I gurauntee you'll bond one day, soon, hopefully. It kills us all seeing you two bicker all the time and avoid each other. Its just so sad"

"I'm sure" I replied. I kept going straight on a one lane road which scared me to death. "Oh no, oh geez its only one lane. James help me. Help" I panicked, kind of exaggerating a bit.

"Child, calm down, just turn around at this next right" he instructed, and I did as told, turning around and exiting the one lane road.

"Oh good, we're aren't dead" I sighed in relief, earning a chuckle beside me. I drove us back to the studio quietly, listening to old Pantera song on the radio.

"Hey! Stay in your side!" I yelled at the driver headed the opposite way who was about to cross in front of me. My screams scared the absolute life out of James, causing me to drown in laughter as I finally pulled into the studio and got out. My laughs came in short breaths as I walked in, looking like I was hyperventilating, while James followed, looking panicked. I fell onto the couch beside of Paul who chuckled at our states.

"What did you do?" Chris laughed, looking between me and James who seemed to have calmed down a bit.

"I start road rage early" I giggled. The other guys laughed along with me.

"Scariest thing you will ever witness, man" James added, causing me to giggle even more.

"Well, did you have fun?" Mick asked, sounding interested along with everybody else.

"It was pretty relaxing, so it was loads of fun if I do say so myself," I spoke proudly. " and he had fun too" I added, pointing to James who rolled his eyes but nodded anyway.

"So what next?" Sid inquired. It was now about 5:00, so around dinner time.

"Dinner?" My dad suggested.

"Yes" I drug out, agreeing. The guys chuckled at my answer, so we left the studio and set off to an unknown restaurant.

//

"Geez, I feel fat now" I groaned while leaning my head on Joeys shoulder.

"Well you're not so don't worry" he replied while poking my cheek.

We arrived back at the house at about 6:30, so there wasn't much more to do today. I got out of the car and lazily walked to the already open front door. Sid and I were the only ones that weren't already in the house, so when I entered, Sid was left to lock and close the door. I drug myself over to the couch furthest from the stairs in the living room and flopped down onto it. Everybody else entered the room and started discussing the album. I assume they thought I was asleep, because their conversation eventually turned to me.

"So, has her driving improved any?" I heard my dad ask James, referring to me.

"She's gotten much better, but I think her nerves get to her a lot" he explained.

"Yeah she seems kinda nervous about certain things" the guys all agreed besides my dad, being he doesn't take me out often.

"Like what?" He inquired.

"Well, today, she got on a one lane road, and she seriously was about to make me take the wheel because she thought she would crash or something" I could almost sense him shaking his head. But not in a disapproving way.

"Yeah, she hit a hole last time I took her and almost swerved off the road in panic. Same with animals" Joey added.

"Its probably her anxiety" Stephanie concluded, which the guys agreed to. They knew about my anxiety from my information packet they received when I first came here.

"Should we take her upstairs?" Chris asked the others.

"I'll get her" my dad offered. About a second later, I was lifted bridal style into somebody's arms. My dads arms. I pretended to be asleep as he carried me upstairs and put me in my bed.

"Goodnight sweetheart," he whispered before kissing my forehead. "I love you"

Before he had the chance to leave, I faintly whispered, "I love you too" before falling into a deep, peaceful sleep.
