"Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not put us to shame, because God's love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us." - Romans 5:3-5

"So, do you think your real persona is the same persona you display on stage?"

Everyone is quiet, thinking about this heavily to Woosung's open question to the circle around them. Currently they're all in the dressing room, ready and pampered up for the grand Charity Event today. It's only an hour before they perform, having many people going one by one performing on the stage.

However, instead of practicing or even going over their lines, Woosung dragged everyone into a circle together as a last conversation before going out there.

The tensity of this room is thick, no doubt about that, so perhaps this is what they need right now to ease the edge off things.

After many weeks and days practicing, it finally has led to this day.

Their grand event.

"Of course not," Jungkook is the first to speak up, tugging on the black sleeve of his turtleneck before rubbing his knees with a shakily hand, "This is the first time I'm coming out as someone who's not Raven. Besides, Raven and I are vastly different.... To an extent."

Now Jungkook is nervous because this is the first time he's coming out on stage as someone who's not Raven, but someone who's..... Jungkook.

Just Jungkook.

"Yeah, it's kinda hard balancing both out at once," Woosung sighs, drinking his tea as he looks around the circle, "Sometimes we gotta go through messed up things to get what we want," And his eyes falls to Karma, who's shaking his leg as he stares intensively to the ground, "Right, Taehyung?"

Quickly shifting his attention, Karma looks up at him with his piercing stare. He has not spoken a word since they began, or well since he met with them, and not like they expected anything more than that. Minnie did text Jungkook how she's starting to worry a lot about Karma. She has no idea what's going on inside that agency and why he comes out so drained each time she picks him up. There's the possibility that tour has a great factor into this, or the Grammy performance, likely everything - who knows.

No one knows until he speaks up.

"Hm?"

Woosung rests his mug on the coffee table, focusing entirely on Karma, "Would you say you're the same person on stage as you are off stage?"

"No, of course not."

"I'm assuming even before the agency too," That struck a nerve, "Right?"

Karma's gaze began to fog, his lips reverting back to being silent, so Woosung continued, "I want you to do something for me Taehyung," His eyes flickered back to him, "I want you to remember the day Karma was born. I want you to think about it so closely and detailed, down to every single second, and just let it speak for itself. I want to know."

Karma jaw clenches, rubbing his shoulders now but quickly rubs his knees, back to crossing his arms over his chest and grunts. Jungkook recognizes that fidgetiness, must mean he hasn't snorted lately.

He's relentless.

"Do I have to do this?"

"Could help you with your show?" Woosung calmly remarks, smiling comfortingly, "I want to see you, not as Karma."
