Okay, Y/N, she's younger than you, yes. It's not creepy, you should ask her if she needs help finding anything! No, No... LUCIAN, YOU FUCK!!!

I rush over, fast walking as he strolls up to her. I lightly, harshly trip him, making him fall into a beanbag chair.

Luci: WOAH! Oof... oh, hey... alright...

Be smooth with it.

Y/N: M-my n-na...

Smooth... not Sona. I take a couple breaths, holding up my finger to give me a sec, she starts to smirk and silently giggle.

She's beautiful, I don't deserve to breathe around her. I'm happy everybody left her alone so I can talk to her. This woman is Zaun's K/DA, but now she's become More... get it? Alright, never mind.

Y/N whispers: My name is Y/N, I'm an archivist here. Do you need help finding anything, madam?

Seraphine whispers: You seem awful proper for library staff...

Y/N whispers: Here at the Piltover library, we treat our patrons with the most respect...

Seraphine whispers: You know where I can find the next book? Mockingjay? I looked in on the shelves and it wasn't there...

I look down and she's reading Catching Fire, not a bad choice. I hardly read in college, but when I was younger it was good whenever I could get my hands on it.

Y/N whispers: The Hunger Games series, an amazing choice for such an amazing... patron.

She tilts her head at me, pulling her lips together like she's sucking on a lemon.

Y/N whispers: Sorry, I'll go see if I can find it in the back. You willing to check it out?

Seraphine whispers: Of course, I'll be at the counter.

Rude as fuck to interrupt a reader. Also, you're a massive simp, Y/N. On the bright side, I find that book in no time at all, coming to the checkout counter and facing her, adjusting my glasses.

Seraphine: So, all good?

Y/N: Yep, no order, no reservation, just this?

Seraphine: Oh, and this.

She places her book down and she brushes her hand over mine accidentally.

Seraphine: S-sorry!

Y/N: Oh, it's alright, hey, I've been through worse.

Over-share, good job dumbass.

Seraphine: Oh! Hehe...

You lost her, damn, well, plenty of more fish in the sea. Bold of me to assume I was worthy of talking up someone like her.

Y/N: Alright, there you go! You know the rules?

Seraphine: Yep, no damage or else I'm liable, and uhh... you guys need to contact me when that happens.

Y/N: Yep.

Seraphine: Do you have my number?

Y/N: I mean...

Y/N, give up.

Y/N: Y-yeah, yeah, we have it. Hope you have a good day, stay warm!

This damn cold, I hate the fall season. It's only going to get worse, ugh. Alright, stop trying to cope, you just fumbled the bag, hard. She smirks awkwardly, turning around and walking out.

Rest of my day went alright, from watching some kids chase each other around in the kiddy area, to putting more books on the shelves. Still, I wish one of these special requests happened.
