Chapter 1 * Moirai *

Moirai woke up early that morning.. She felt she was forgetting something.. She immediately started searching for her cell phone may be then she would remember what she was forgetting..

After a minute of panic , she found her cell phone lying under her pillow.. And wat she saw was very unusual..

"21 missed calls : Shags"

"Now thats weird", she thought..

Yeah.. So meet Shagun.. (Only Moirai can call her Shags.. No one else can..) Shagun was a sweetheart.. She was one of the most popular girls at school.. And to top it, She was beautiful as hell.. Shagun was Moirai's best friend.. Best is a very small word to describe their friendship.. But, Shagun was short tempered.. Like really real short-temper..

Moirai was in no mood to listen to what she was going to say when she called 21 times last night.. She would have been really pissed..

So she left her mobile on her bed and went to the kitchen to find her mom.. Her mom was the most beautiful woman on earth.. She was perfect.. And she was smart.. "Damn!" she thought.. She always wanted to be like her mom..

Moirai's mother, as soon as she noticed Moirai standing behind her, turned around n kissed her forehead.. And this was weirder.. Moirai faked a smile though she was happy but she was bad at expressing her feelings..

If she couldn't move anyone would mistake her to be a beanbag or a doormat.. She never spoke a word until she had no other option.. She would function only by saying "yes" or "no" (if needed)..

Moirai thought alot.. You would notice her thinking too much.. But she seldom spoke..

And, Shagun's hobby was speaking, speaking and speaking.. Moirai would listen without interrupting.. And boom..! They became best of friends..

Interrupting her thoughts, her mom wished her

"Happy Birthday..!"

So this is what she was forgetting..! Her birthday..

She hated birthdays.. Particularly her birthday..

No one else except Shagun would remember its her birthday.. She always wanted all her friends to wish her birthday on her birthday.. But she had only one friend.. Shagun..

And that was why she had been calling her up last night..21 times..

She gave a quick peck on her mother's cheeks and ran to her room.. And immediately called Shagun..

Shagun picked up and immediately started to speak " You Bitch..!! Where the fuck were you last night..?? Did you even see how many times I called you up..?? huh.. forget it.. HAPPIEE 16th BIRTHDAYY....!!".. She screamed the latter part.. And Moirai gave a quick smile (As if Shagun would see that through phone)..

"Thanks Shags" she finally spoke..

So that's Moirai..

She would forget her own birthdays.. Careless as hell.. She did not trust anyone except Shagun.. She did not speak to anyone.. And she was boring..!
